The hotel is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, the room was bright and airy with modern decor. The location was great for visiting Dubrovnik the bus stop was local, staff were very helpful and there are plenty of option to eat nearby.

Nice room - Hotel was well located - (although I did have a room in the front, facing the street, and did hear a little noise at night - it usually was quiet by 11:00pm.) overall enjoyed my stay there, and had a good experience there - front staff/wait people in restaurant were very nice/helpful/welcoming.

Functional hotel, had/provided everything we needed! A bit outdated and our room was extemely small.

The hotel is lovely, in an old fashioned way. The rooms still have keys which can be a bit fiddley to work. The rooms were very clean, a good size, the hotel was quiet. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was a bit sparse for the cost but enough there to fill you up. Close to lots of restaurants, Sunset beach and a nice walking trail. Old town is a short bus ride away.

All in all clean rooms, nice people in the service, convenient location.

Centrally located. Great balcony with a wonderful view. Friendly staff. Only issue I had was I was on the 4th floor and the lift only went to the 3rd floor. As a female solo traveler I had trouble carrying my luggage up the flight of stairs.

I recently stayed at Hotel Perla for two nights after my United flight was canceled in Dubrovnik. I booked the hotel online, and nowhere did it mention that cabs cannot come directly to the hotel — you have to walk a bit since the road is closed for vehicles — or that the rooms required climbing a flight of stairs after taking the elevator. Since I went there around 9 AM, I dropped off my bags and went out. Upon returning around 4:30 PM, a different receptionist was at the front desk. She casually mentioned that I would need to take the elevator to the third floor and then carry my luggage up a flight of stairs to the fourth floor. When I explained that I have a bad back and couldn’t carry my suitcase, carry-on, and other belongings upstairs, she was dismissive and unhelpful. I politely requested a room on the third floor to avoid the stairs, but instead of showing understanding, she questioned me — saying things like “Don’t you take stairs when you travel?” — which felt unnecessarily confrontational. She told me I should have mentioned this on Orbitz, but I had no way of knowing stairs were involved before booking. After some back-and-forth, she eventually offered to send someone to carry my luggage — but by then, her tone had already made me feel as though I was being difficult rather than a guest in need of assistance. When I asked if there were other available rooms, she said there were but she could not move me, without offering any solutions.

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. The room faced a wall and let almost no sunlight in (they do, however, different rooms with view at a higher price). The breakfast was good. The area around the hotel was great with a two-minute walk to the beach and restaurants right next to the hotel. The hotel itself also offers dining options in their restaurant. All good!

Staff were wonderful, on-site restaurant served really good food, rooms clean, location is incredible. Would 100% stay again.

Nice stay in a great area of town! Easy to get to Old Town via bus and a wonderful nightlife just outside your door.

Overall a great stay, cute area and staff was really nice. Only issue is that it was a little hot in the rooms, even with the AC on.

The people at the reception were so nice and helpful! The area is great, the hotel is clean and tidy and near the beach and bus!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Perla with no issues at all. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and lovely beach two minutes walk away. Old town Dubrovnik ten minutes by taxi or bus. Highly recommended! Kev, Ali, Ellie & John

Definitivamente não foi uma boa experiência. O Staff é gentil e tenta ajudar, mas gentileza não é tudo. O primeiro problema foi logo ao chegar, relativo ao estacionamento. O carro não chega até o hotel. É necessário parar em alguma rua sem saída, próxima, e caminhar até lá. E essa talvez seja a maior dificuldade em Dubrovnik: achar um lugar para estacionar. Então já temos dois problemas logo de cara que são achar um lugar para estacionar - pago - e depois caminhar com malas. O hotel oferece vagas limitadas em um estacionamento próximo a um preço justo, porém tudo é muito confuso. O estacionamento oferecido é compartilhado com outro público. E cada um tem sua numeração igual ao outro. Fiquei com a vaga 69, mas coloquei o carro na 69 errada. A funcionária do estacionamento em vez de tentar compreender a situação e ajudar foi grossa, querendo que pagasse 118 euros por um dia. Bati o pé, não paguei e no final ela ligou para alguém, liberando minha saída sem cobrança. Mas todo esse desgaste é algo que definitivamente você não quer para suas férias. Fora isso, o restaurante do hotel oferece café da manhã para hóspedes e para quem não está hospedado lá. Nem preciso dizer que a qualidade oferecida aos hóspedes é muito pior. A começar pelo suco de laranja misturado com água para os hóspedes e puro para quem paga a la carte. O restaurante é uma cilada: caríssimo e de péssima qualidade. Evite-o! Quarto pequeno, sem troca de toalhas ou limpeza. Se resume a arrumar a cama. Longe de tudo.

Var veldig hyggelig betjening , veldig reint å fint på hele hotellet, å lå veldig sentralt . Fornøyd med oppholdet .
