Good location. Helpful staff. Help take my luggage to the 3rd floor without elevator. If you have luggage, better ask for a room in the ground floor. Strange noise at night. Couldn't figure what it was it where it came from.

The hotel is located near the Pula arena. It is warm and closely. However, there is no lift and we requires the workers there to take the luggage upstairs. There is one room key to open the room and the entrance door. Can the key open the door of the other room? This is the point we wondered. The room is not big and we need to move the furniture a little bit to accommodate the 2 luggages (25kg each). The design is warm and closely that attracts females customers a lot. The bathroom is large and with a very special bathtub. Please be aware of that don't stand up to take a bath with the shower otherwise you will make to bathroom flooded with water as there is no shower curtains! Remember to sit down to have your shower! It is very important! There is a laundry near the hotel. However the drier there is not effective. We had wasted plenty of time to dry the clothes. The hotel allowed us to check out at 12:00 however the original check out time is 11:00. We are grateful for the help of the hotel. When we left the hotel and went to the airport, they booked a large taxi for us and help us to take the luggages to the taxi. But remember to pay tips to the guy that help you to take the luggages... as you know....

Excellent accueil. La personne m'a envoyé un message le matin pour connaître l'heure d'arrivée, et m'a attendu. Elle m'a donné les renseignements. Départ. J'ai laissé le matin mes sacs pour les récupérer l'après-midi. Ils sont restés, à l'accueil, bien visibles. Quand je suis retourné l'après-midi, je n'ai vu personne durant les 3 minutes que j'ai passé. J'ai récupéré les sacs et suis parti - tout est en ordre, parfait, mais malgre que nous soyons en Croatie, un pays encore normal, j'ai trouvé imprudent de les laisser comme ça visibles dans la pièce, et que n'importe quel visiteur aurait pu récupérer à ma place. Chambre correcte. Petit-déjeuner offert! Merci pour ce séjour

Good location. Room very basic but suited my needs for a brief stay. Breakfast was nice.

Wie schon oben angeklickt, das Frühstück war nicht so berauschend, aber insgesamt haben wir keine Klagen, und freundlicherweise kostete uns der Parkplatz auch nichts. Wie "uns" Autofahrern bekannt, ist ja innerstädtisches Parken heutzutage das Problem. Die Lage von "Scaletta" ist sehr schön, also: empfehlenswert!

Convenient boutique hotel close to the ferry and within easy walking distance of most attractions. The owner waited for us when our ferry was delayed by more than an hour. Breakfast was a bit minimal but sufficient. The property was a bit in need of some updating but was clean and quiet.

The hotel is located up a short stone staircase. The staff is courteous and helpful. Although there is no elevator, the gentleman at the desk carried all of our luggage up stairs. The building is on the historic district and close to all of Pula attractions.

Good ,quiet older hotel .Excellent air conditioning. Central location 5 minutes walk from Arena and downtown. Near road but double glazed windows keep noise out. Small rooms , high ceilings, small basic bathroom.. Modest breakfast included. Helpful front desk. No elevator but host carried bags upstairs. Would stay again

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, ausreichendes Frühstück, sehr zentral gelegen

Property is in a great location, all the touristy bits are within walking distance. Staff were friendly and the room was clean but the beds were a bit hard. The decor is very quirky. The hotel had everything you need in it but we did not receive anything for our vip booking.

Very dated. Definite budget type of experience but the price was greater than what was delivered. I’m guessing the price is based on the fact that it is very close to the ferry terminal, close to the amphitheater and thus can charge a premium price.

First, perfect location - 5mins to the bus station (airport or other city), and 5mins from the Arena! Could not be better. Also, very quiet, not a noise a night, probably due to new windows. My solo-room was small of course, but with everything in it: functional bathroom, wonderful AC, mini-fridge, a desk, and a big chair for my open rollerboard. Outstanding friendly welcome and service through my stay, with guidance to good restaurants. Finally, breakfast included with a good selection of sweet vs. savory items. And coffee! Loved it!

Very basic hotel but great location near arena, bus station and ferry port.
