We had a nice beach view

Nice hotel, at the beach with beautiful view. Very good breakfast and helpful employees. Quiet area and easy access to most needed shops, bus and food . Good access to strand promenade to walking /jogging along the coast. Good value in total.

PARKING 20€ la journée c’est aberrant. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et pas qualitatif. Déçue. Mais belle vue sur la plage.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die für den doch sehr hohen Preis enttäuschend waren. Für den Parkplatz werden zusätzlich 20 € pro Tag verrechnet, was ich bei diesem Preisniveau nicht angemessen finde. Bei der Rezeption mussten wir außerdem länger warten, da zeitweise keine Mitarbeiter anwesend waren. Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings hatte es Teppichboden, was persönlich nicht meinen Geschmack trifft und meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß ist. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Insgesamt passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich daher nicht ganz.

Dejligt hotel med fantastisk udsigt. Flot tagterrasse med pool og solstole. Venligt personale, dog ikke så tilgængeligt. Trafikeret vej bag hotellet. Receptionist der havde været på udveksling i DK, var den bedste. Morgenmads restaurant var for fyldt, men morgenmaden var lækker. Meget begrænset bar udvalg. Drinkskortet kan med fordel udvides. Split er den dejlig by.

The staff was great and friendly. The rooms were well kept and being right on the beach is a fantastic perk for sure. There were enough restaurants in walkable distances in all directions. The only things that were not that good was the gym having minimal equipment. Also, the breakfast had a decent amount of items to choose from. I visited during the offseason so the restaurant unfortunately was not open yet. Overall a great first experience to Croatia.

My low rating is because I only had 2 nights to stay in Split while driving thru and my first night was miserable due to the non-working A/C and not being able to get someone to fix is or move me to a different room. THEY DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE AT THE FRONT DESK 24/7 AND IT SHOULD NOT BE ON THIS LISTING!! While sweating and frantically trying to reach someone to fix the A/C for myself AND my friend who was in a room next door, I called their whatsapp number over 6 times, I emailed them. I messaged their FB page. Around midnight I found a guy at the front desk who said I should call their number if I need help (I had been). He tripped a breaker and I thought the A/C may be working. I was exhausted and went to sleep. Woke up sweating profusely around 6am and had to find help again because the A/C was blowing hot air. They eventually moved my friend and I both to different rooms in the morning where the A/C worked. They say the entire floor had an A/C outage. That would have been nice to know before wasting my first whole night trying to find help instead of enjoying time in Split. I also had to throw my shoes away after staying in the room without A/C. There was something sticky on the floor and my shoes smelled horrible like cat pee afterward. The woman who took orders and served breakfast with a smile should get a huge pay raise!! She alone took orders and cooked every single breakfast for a whole room of irritated hotel guests. With a smile.

Gorgeous boutique hotel, very helpfuland friendly staff, huge delicious breakfast. Lovely room, Gorgeous view.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer und das Bad sind groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Es hat einen eigenen Zugang zum kleinen weißen Kieselstrand. Lage ist ca. 20min zum Zentrum von Split entfernt. Es gibt es eine Busverbindung. Nur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt, der nächste Supermarkt hat nur bis 14h geöffnet. Alles in Allem tolles Hotel, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Friendly staff, great beach location, if going into Split centre there is a regular bus service. Lots of beachside restaurants within a short walk.

Ensformig og middelmådig frokost. En ansatt ved frokosten opptrådte upassende. Fjærnet bestikk og service før vi fikk spist ferdig. Var vitne til at flere opplevde det samme.

Good location, a little bit far from old town

Excellent facilities, all rooms sea view right next to the actual beach front less than (15meters). Staff all genuinely polite & helpful. Hotel via uber average 16mins travel into Central split town centre (cheaper than calling a direct taxi almost half the price. Optional bus service very cheap with bus top 5mins walkway. Highly recommended location of stay for both families and couples. Marina near by walking distance to bars, restaurants, local supermarket shop, coffee shop. Water sports hire facility on beach and near by excursions booking office less 10min walk away.

Fomos recebidos no hotel por um funcionário que não se comunicava.Tao pouco nos avisou que o comando do ar condicionado teria que ligar para a recepção cada vez que quisesse aumentar ou diminuir s temperatura e velocidade do ar. Um absurdo que nas características do hotel sequer é mencionado quando da reserva. No último dia desligaram o ar cedo da manhã e apesar de solicitarmos religar não o fizeram nos deixando sem ar condicionado no quarto até o check out.Obtivemos orientações sobre os procedimentos com as arrumadeiras dos quartos.Ja viajamos para muitos lugares no mundo e nunca vimos não ter privacidade com o uso do ar condicionado no quarto, dependendo sempre da portaria.
