A great hotel, nice and relaxed, hotel staff were very helpful. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and dinning option in the evening were also excellent with lots of choice and great value.
Spa area and pools were very nice and clean.

Perfect hotel and exactly what I was looking for. Easy access to bus lines which are excellent. Offered a great buffet breakfast. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions as I tried to navigate public transport. It's across the street from a free public beach that is beautiful. Pool and spa are lovely and they let me use the facilties after checking out early and while waiting for a late flight. Would stay here again.

We had a room change to a lesser room. It was dirty with damp stains. The shower didn’t have any hot water. And when it did get some it was far too hot. And only lasted a couple of seconds.
The aircon didn’t work it was kicking out hot air.
The food was poor. And didn’t really have enough for a vegetarian to eat. The tongs were all mixed up so I didn’t feel comfortable eating there.
The staff were really really nice though.

Not enough staff eg often had to go and find someone for the front desk
Rooms tired eg mould in bathroom, shower not able to use without holding on one hand, have to climb into the bath over high sides
Room on 4th floor had lots of ants
Indoor pool tired looking
Definitely does not feel like a 4star and I feel this was overpriced for what I paid
On this basis I’m affaid I would not recommend

nothing is wow about it, no small refrigerator in room for my medication, the bathroom tub is extremely high and unsafe even for young people, we required a stool to have access, hotel said it is a common problem.
breakfast was very good.

Warning, I paid loads more than other hotels in the area because I wanted to lay by the pool. However there is a huge construction project right next door, so the pool was unusable because of the noise. I also paid extra for sea view and balcony however I was on level 2 so I only saw glimpses of water through the trees

Shower over bath was very hard to access. Very high and the bath surface was quite slippery.
Also, the room needs new flooring urgently as the underlay was crackling with each step.
Close to beach and it had a lovely spa with sauna for guests.
The restaurant was good.

It's time for a Reno !!
Room was spacious never vaccumned and shorted towels. A rather pungent aroma on entering the lobby from cleaning fluid. Dinner buffet awful.
Over all the stay was ok but attention to detail , room cleaning and condition need to be addressed

Overall the hotel was very nice. Good facilities and very hand for the transport with the bus stopping right outside the property. Unfortunately there was a building site immediately next door to the hotel, whihc was outside the control of the hotel. The work started fairly early in the morning and went on all day.

The hotel was in a nice spot. Not directly in old town but the bus line could get you there in 10 minutes or you could have a taxi take you to your destination. Outside of the construction the hotel was a gem.
