Mandan 3 veces la clave entrada para retirar las llaves del cuarto la direccion esta incorrecta dado que hay varios júpiter regados por la ciudad la cortina del shadow esta retirada el espacio demasiado pequeño y las cortinas dejan pasar toda la luz de calle no hay ni espacio para abrir maleta el agua sale sucia no tomen de ahi me ayudo a llegar otro huesped no hay recepcion si traen maletas grandes es imposible no ayudan ni para guardar equipaje tuve que llamar al numero contacto me mandaron un WhatsApp muy rudo que ni ayudo, las fotos en sitio engañan

Toilet seat loose and needs fixing down. A document with detail such as wifi code would be good. Overall well fiited out room with comfortable bed and excellent shower.

Enkel innsjekk ved å ringe til verten som sendte kode til nøkkelboks på sms. Rommet var rent og pent, og hadde aircondition, kjøleskap, vannkoker og hårføner. Renhold med nye håndduker i løpet av uka. Stille om natten. Svært sentralt med utgang ned til restaurantgate og lite torg. 2 minutters gange til Riva/promenaden. Matbutikk og ATM i umiddelbar nærhet.

Terrible - the pictures were totally deceptive. Not the address/location originally given, nobody was there on arrival, they did not pick up their phone till 45 min after arrival then they finally told us to go to another location and code was given to us to let us in room. Only one sheet on bed, terrible ratty towels, mini refrigerator didn’t work, broken window. Mold all over bathroom.

Close by and walking distance to all the sites. This is not a a luxury stay by any standard. Don’t let the name “lux” fool you. If you want a room to sleep in, this is it. There is no on-site staff, no toiletries such as shampoo, soap etc. I was told there were coupons for the restaurant next door but I never found them.The room was small but nicely set up, however it wasn’t too clean. It wasn’t terrible but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Room is situated in the very central part of Split, near “Matejuska” and West Coast. It is in the old house with preserved stone walls inside. Room is small, looks smallercthan on the photos with adjacent bathroom. Didn’t use any other service!

The room and area were good... Clean and quite, no complaints, I would stay there again for sure..

I stayed for a couple days here and the location is good, the room was decorated nice and the shower had good pressure, the area was quite in the evening and overall was a nice stay, I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Split again.

Fantastic room in a great area. Lots of restaurants nearby and 100 meters from Riva. Will definitely stay again.

The room is the smallest I have ever seen, anywhere. Fairly clean, but even just a couple of bugs in that small space made it seem less than ideal.

So the room I stayed in was supposed to be a twin room (2 beds) but it turned out to be a single bed literally no room for my stuff, no closet and no space to sit. Expedia oversold the room as twin room when the owners said they were clear that it is a single room with a single bed! It says it’s 5sq but it’s waaaay smaller! It’s no the first time this has happened to me with Expedia, they’ve missold rooms to me before so check on the hotel website it’s bettet. Hotel owner was nice and location was good. Wouldn’t stay there again though as the noise was unbearable in the morning! I have no idea why there were cleaners at 5-6 am!!! Banging noise and shut and open doors and dragging laugher alllll morning and shouting sounds from people/staff. Just awful. Did not sleep 1 hour! Pay extra and stay elsewhere.

Spesielt og fint rom, med kul design. Rent, ryddig, svalt, rolig og sentralt.

Chambre très propre mais cela n est pas honnête de ne pas prévenir que la chambre pour une personne fait 3 mètre carré. Et chauffage qui ne marché pas et pas de couverture en plus on entend les femmes de ménage le matin à 6h00. Mais rien à te dit sur la propreté des lieux parfaite .Et site au centre ville et accueil correcte.
