Excellent location and reception service.

Room comfortable but very small when travelling for longer periods with large suitcases. Great safe location

The property was beautiful and in a great location for visiting Split.

Great room with all the facilities we needed. Mind that the beaches is a decent hike, especially if it is more than 30 degree celcius. Perfect distance to the old city.

A due passi dal centro di spalato e a 10/15 Min a piedi dal porto. Si ha la possibilità di dormire tranquilli nonostante si trovi a pochi centinaia di metro dalle vie del centro. Pulita, spaziosa il giusto, bagno nuovo. Personale che ci ha accolto gentile e puntuale Bellissima esperienza

Eu esperava um hotel mas me deparei com um quarto. Talvez falha minha em não observar isso durante a reserva. O quarto está bem decorado, é espaçoso e confortável. Fica em uma região de pedestres, o que dificulta o acesso com veículo.

Excellent stay within walking distance of centre. Bed shower and WiFi were excellent. Room was a tad small but such a great location.

This is by far the best place I stayed while in croatian. The room was big, clean and perfect for a short or long stay. I'd definitely stay here again when back in Split

Easy to work with

The hotel is in a good location. Check in was contactless and was simple and easy. The room is spacious and clean. It is decorated to a nice standard and looks just like the pictures. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. There is good WiFi. The host was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Definitely recommend.

Really lovely apartment, in a great condition, spacious and the terrace is a real added bonus. Super comfy bed, great waterfall shower and comfy touches throughout. Just a couple of minutes walk out the main old town area of split. Would highly recommend. Owners were great at communication and really accommodating.

Well located, very clean, beautiful bathroom. A very pleasant place to stay.

We loved our stay at this apartment. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Split and a 5 minute walk to the riviera. The apartment itself is quite spacious, with a decent kitchenette, nice table area, and decent size bathroom. It is immaculately clean. The comfortable bed and blackout blinds helped us get a fantastic sleep. We loved the courtyard area which was unique for these city apartments. Wifi worked perfectly and host was very helpful. We would suggest however arranging alternative parking if you stay here with a car - we used Expedia's 'filter' function to look for accomodations with free parking, and this accomodation advertises free self-parking. Every other accomodation with free parking or free self-parking (as opposed to valet) offered either an off-street carpark or a reserved on-street bay. There is no free parking here and it is impossible to find a free road site park in this area of Split (we were advised the free self-parking meant finding a road-side spot in Split). Aside from the parking difficulties, this apartments was gorgeous and we would definitely stay again (with alternative pre-arranged parking arrangements).

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt! Antonia und Ivan waren super nette Gastgeber, die sich während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder bei uns erkundigt haben, ob wir etwas brauchen und ob alles passt. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu kritisieren und wir würden dort immer wieder gerne übernachten!

Very clean. Reasonable comfort for the price. But check out 10am which is disappointing unlike 12pm -2pm usually in regular hotels. No reception. It is a room in the flat but everyone has their own key through the little hallway. Decorating is as it seems on the picture very shiney. Location is unfortunately not in the greatest area however close distance to all amenities around bars and restaurants, 2.8 km from top popular beach kajuno
