Malena is a nice lady!

Very easy to get around. Great location and good service. Feel like home.

Malena is lovely and attentive. Exceptionally clean and a nice bathroom which isn’t always the case in these tiny places. It’s in the place central area and hard to find. Also she has no way to accept payment except cash. I did not pay Expedia site ahead of time and had to go to ATM to get cash. This should be stated on the website along with 5 flights of stairs to walk up.

Had a wonderful stay! Malena is such a wonderful host, and the location is perfect, although a little bit hidden. Would definitely recommend.

Malena was lovely and accommodated our early check in, and even made us some lemonade! She kindly gave us some recommendations of things to do. The room, while clean, was *really* small - perfect for 1 person, but way too tight for two. The tv was not working. She invited us to use her terrace, which was up a flight of stairs to her space, and featured a pretty view of the bell tower and a lovingly tended garden. We had some difficulty finding it, and the entrance and stairwell up were decrepit looking - lots of stairs, so not recommended for less able bodied people.

We absolutely loved our stay. The host was the most friendly, welcoming person and gave us recommendations of things nearby to see. The location is absolutely ideal—right I. The heart of things in the old town so that we could come and go as we explored throughout the day! The room was beautiful, with a view of the cathedral above the neighboring rooftops. The host lest us store our bags for the morning after checking out and she was there to see us off at noon!

Awesome host in awesome location

Amazingly warm and helpful host in this place. :) Staying was comfortable and even though it is located in the heart of the old town, did not hear any noise from the streets. Room was clean and nice.

Vi ble veldig godt tatt i mot av Malena. Vi kom tidlig med en ferge, og fikk muligheten til å sjekke inn tidligere, og oppbevare bagasjen vår ved sen avgang neste dag. Malena var utrolig hjelpsom og hyggelig, og ønsket oss velkommen med en god limonade. Rommet var midt i sentrum, og akkurat det vi trengte. Anbefales!

Melena has an excellent property with an excellent location. The check in and check out processes were easy.

Lovely, kind host, gave us fresh lemonade and melon on arrival on the beautiful terrace. Stayed here for two nights either side of our trip and both rooms were clean, cool and quiet. V good location in the middle of the bustling old town with a 10 min walk to bus station and ferry port. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was amazing! I didnt realize i had to check out super early of my previous accommodation and she was able to work with me to check in early. She also gave me a map of the city with her recommendations.

Rating based on great location inside the palace walls, comfortable bed, great soundproofing, and good use of available space to maximize storage. My wife and I had room #1 and heard very little noise even though bars and restaurants were three floors down. There were lots of hooks and shelves in the bathroom which made it nice to store toiletries. Otherwise it’s a basic room with limited natural light, somewhere to sleep and rest between activities. One must climb three flights of stairs to get to the unit, and the path to the stairwell goes through a back alley. I thought the A/C was adequate but people who really like to crank the temperature down may be disappointed.

Tucked into Diocletian’s Palace walls, and up 3 flights of stairs, this property offers clean and comfortable rooms in the heart of the many restaurants, bars and shops. Malena is very hospitable.

Great location and surprisingly quiet rooms given you’re right in the middle of all the action. Booking on Expedia and selecting pay at property only to find out when we arrived that the property only took cash resulted in substantial fees from having to take money out of a bank machine. This was a disappointment

The staff were amazing. Everything was within walking distance and so close to the water front. Room was clean, great size and perfect location
