Spacious, clean room with excellent facilities in a great location. We had the comfort studio, with a kitchen and balcony, and it was a very comfortable and convenient space. The bathroom was clean and modern. The host was also helpful and provided some great suggestions. It was a lovely base for our time in Split.

Nette kleine Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super. Gute Grüße an doppel Zimmer. Für ein kurzen Städtetrip vollkommen ausreichend. Gastgeber ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Great stay on the edge of town (2 minutes and you are in the heart of old town). Nice bed and courtyard. Many guest ate breakfast or lunch on the picnic tables. Fair price and perfectly safe. No front desk but someone was available all the time. We lost internet a couple of times but was reset immediately. Highly recommend this stay. Easy access and 2 minutes from National theater.

Perfect for a short trip to split - spacious room with a large bathroom and only a 5 minute walk at most from split town. Also only a 30 second walk from ciri biri Bella, which is a restaurant 100% recommend you try while in split

Foi incrível! O quarto fica muito bem localizado e dava pra fazer tudo andando! Tava tudo muito limpo, confortável, organizado e o anfitrião foi muito gentil e educado! Quando eu voltar pra Split com certeza ficarei lá de novo. Nota 1000!!!

Such a charming property located in the heart of the old city Split. The host Frane is very welcoming and will come and greet you upon arrival. He is very sweet and has good restaurant recommendations. The property was my favorite stay throughout my Europe trip as it has a very nice courtyard that you can sit outside that is sheltered from the street. There is also drying racks for laundry which was nice. Rooms were a good size with air conditioning and were clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend it!

Excellent host who also helped us orient to the city had amazing food revommendations. Rooms were clean with great AC, fridge, and microwave. Excelllent location easily walkable to restaurants and activities.

Frane, the host, was super friendly and attentive. The apartment was situated perfectly on the edge of the old town with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The condition of the apartment was clean and functional. Nothing glamorous, but did the job perfectly.

Localização excepcional, próximo de tudo o que você precisa a poucos metros de distância e também da região mais turística. O anfitrião também é muito solícito e disposto a ajudar em tudo, lugar silencioso e agradável. Quarto pequeno mas confortável.

Fabulous stay here. We stayed in the rooms across from the main house. Rooms were great and the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and the shower was fab. Air conditioner was there if you wanted to use it. Mini fridge was a great bonus. It's near to all the sights in Split, easy to walk to everything. Buses are just down the road for sight out of Split, Salona, Kliss fort. Would definitely stay again, Frane is a wonderful host.

Everything was within walking distance of this property and I loved that!

It was amazing, I've never got such a warm welcome, I got lots of tips for sightseeing and delicious croatian food, the room is best equipped, I've really enjoyed my stay, and I definitely want to come back one day!

Hébergement agréable et calme, lit très confortable, douche très spacieuse mais chambre un peu trop étroite. Les multiples petites ruelles pavés non touristiques allants-tours sont un régal, un must à Split pour nous!

If we could rate staff 10 stars, we would. Our trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable without Frane- absolutely amazing- very responsive helpful and courteous. The room was great and the restaurant nearby- Ciri Biri Bella- cannot be missed. Walkable to Old Palace area, tours, shopping, waterfront, grocery, markets, beaches, parks - the list goes on and on!!
