It’s quite close to entrance 2. The room is clean with nice shower. The breakfast is great, too!

Lovely place to stay, close to Entrance 2 for the lakes. The staff are great and very helpful too.

Maravilhosa a estadia. Localização excelente. Amamos tudo! Pena que não ficamos mais. A cama poderia ser mais dura e os travesseiros menores. Mas tudo foi muito bom. Café excelente.

Plitvice has to be one of the most amazing places in the world. This place was close, convenient and at check in the host had helpful advice about our visit to Plitvice lakes.

Very close to the park. Slow internet so wasn’t able to use it. The owner was rude and had a slight attitude if you asked her any questions.

Had the cute attic room. Bed and room were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was deluxe and they can run you back and forth to the park for a fee. Would definitely stay again and recomend.

Here’s a stronger, more critical version of your original review: *** This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating stay. A €10 fee is charged for arrivals after 22:00, yet this is not disclosed anywhere in the listing, even though reception hours are advertised as 07:00–23:00. This feels misleading and unacceptable. The room itself was completely inadequate. Heating had been shut off as of May 15 “to save money,” despite nighttime temperatures dropping to 7°C, making the room uncomfortably cold. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available at all, so basic necessities like showering were not possible. When we raised these issues at checkout, a repair technician suddenly managed to turn the hot water back on, which only highlights that this could have been resolved earlier. Despite the clear inconvenience and poor conditions, staff refused to offer any form of compensation. Overall, this stay showed a clear lack of transparency, basic maintenance, and customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Bra pensionat 15 min från Plitvice nationalpark. Restaurang finns över gatan, frukosten på boendet var okej, bra utbud. Lite tråkiga lokaler och rum, skulle kanske behöva renovering. Men charmigt på sitt sätt!

Breakfast was okay. Lots of options. Parking was good and close to the national park. Upon check in the lady working was not very pleasant and seemed like we were making her job hard when he asked questions. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasnt open even though advertised as it was. We went across the street for dinner though which was nice. Our room was nice and clean however the toilet continued to run and we could not turn off. We could also hear ever single foot step in the building which woke us up. The pool was not heated and the pictures made it look like there was a jacuzzi but there was not. We were not able to swim as it was cold. Overall good short stay. Just had higher expectations.

The grounds were beautiful, with lots of spaces set up throughout to sit outside, either lounging by the pool, or by tables to enjoy snacks and drinks. Our room was small but clean and very quiet. We were minutes away from the National Park and there was a nice little restaurant across the street. Would stay here again!

Not as nice as the pictures are showing. Tiny cold pool... and we don't know why, but there's only one pool... the other thing on the picture does not exists anymore. Very ordinary breakfast... especcially for 15 Euros. We had much better at places where it was included. Also don't expect service and facility as a regular hotel. Our first disappointment of our 3 weeks trip.
