Door handles was broken and took several attempts by property to fix! Had to ask for clean towels. Bedding was not charged daily. Small accommodations and very poor service. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Roko house. Very convenient location in Old Town Dubrovnik- near the Pile gate and near everything. The walk from the Pile gate to Roko house is not bad, the only stairs you’ll encounter is inside the apartment building.You get 20% off if you eat at their restaurant downstairs and the food and staff were amazing. Ljerka is helpful and accommodating, she gave us tips on where to eat and how to get around. No daily housekeeping but they provided us with clean towels everyday. The rooms are small but as expected as it’s inside old town but beware if you have large suitcases as you’ll have to move things around inside the room and be creative with the luggage’s. Room is clean, ac in good working condition and high water pressure. Highly recommend if staying in old town! Thank you Ljerka and Christine!

Beautiful little apartment in one of the most convenient parts of the old town, 2 minutes walk inside the main gate. Nicely furnished, great aircon, and good communication with the lady who gave us the keys. It is directly above and opposite restaurants on a side street but surprisingly quiet anyway - the double glazing is very effective.

The property is located on top of a lovely restaurant. If you need anything you have to ask the staff to call the property manager. The response time is very good and staff at the restaurant are fantastic!

We met the owner on arrival on time. We were walked to our room and provided with lots of advice and guidance regards services, eateries, sight's to see. All in all a great host and accommodation meeting our needs.

In the heart of old town almost everything you can want is in walking distance

Hotel was a little hard to find with only a small sign on a door into a restaurant but this is the standard. Large signs would spoil the atmosphere. Roof top patio was great. Only problem was that we were told at checkout time we could only pay in cash

The Roko has all the character of a small boutique hotel. The staff did a great welcoming us for a five-night stay. Erica pointed out the best places to see first, which set us up for great time. Cleanliness was up to standard. Would I recommend to our most discerning friends? Yes.

Incrivel, um quarto muito bonito, com todas as comodidades. Localizado no melhor ponto da Old City, perto do Pile Gate. Os hóspedes ganham 30% de desconto ao se alimentarem na Nico's Trattoria.

As acomodações e a localização são excelentes. O apartamento é confortável e silencioso mesmo tendo varios restaurantes por perto. Apenas o horário do check-out foi antecipado de 12 para 10 horas.

Roof-top terrace.

This property was in a fantastic location in the old town. The room was lovely, clean and had the essentials in the kitchen area. For us the roof terrace was a definite bonus giving amazing views over the city. Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestion for local attractions. Communication through expedia chat was very quick. would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful haven of peace in a very beautiful but very busy area. Everything was very clean and comfortable and it was great having the studio as it gave us space to eat there if we wanted. The restaurant at the bottom of the stairs was great too. Brilliant location, right in the heart of the old city.

The room was nice, clean and in a very good location. The host contacted us on the day to confirm what time we were arriving and ensured that her nephew was there to greet us and show us the room. There is a restaurant on the ground level and we were offered 20% off meals due to being guests. The food is phenomenal. I wish I had more hours in the day to eat more meals there. They also did up a cheese plate for us one evening to eat on the rooftop terrace. The location of the accommodation is very easy to find and right inside the city walls but out of the busy crowded main streets. There are no stairs to get there but the rooms are up a flight of stairs which is very normal for accommodation places in Croatia in towns. I would highly recommend booking this accommodation, mainly for the terrace. We got to see the most beautiful sunset while enjoying wine and cheese. A lot of other places we were considering booking had a balcony or a view out of the window of the wall, but where much more expensive or the location was not as great.

Que l’appartement soit central ne peut être l’unique bénéfice! La communication avec le propriétaire a été quasi inexistante, aucune information pour le check out ce qui a retardé notre dernier jour de visite. Zéro information sur où poser nos bagages le dernier jour et le propriétaire les avait posé dans le couloir! Nous les avons découvert en revenant de notre visite. Quand a l’appartement il est très central près de la porte pile. Il n’y a aucun gel douche, the, café ou condiments et un seul verre dans la cuisine! Les oreillers sont de très mauvaise qualité et peu fourni. Honnêtement je ne peux recommander cet établissement et je n’y retournerai pas. Le propriétaire ne fait aucun effort et ne donne pas de conseils sur la ville.

Excellent location. Highly recommended. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 was dragging luggage up 3 flights of narrow stairs. But don’t let be a deterrent.
