This was a great place to stay, we were only there 2 nights but location was perfect Elena and Marko were wonderful. Communicated before arrival and provide great insight and ideas for the area. The hotel is located in old town so pretty much everything was steps away. We had a lot of luggage so it was a challenge getting from our parked car to the hotel. Elena helped arranging a shuttle so this made it much easier. Room was spacious, bathroom was great

The rooms are beautiful and cozy right in the middle of the old town with delicious dining options right out the front door. The available parking are public parking spots between 8-18min walk away as no cars can access the property. Also if you plan on using the nearby park to jump in the water I recommend bringing a beach towel!

Nur als Tipp, für diejenigen, die sich mit Treppen schwertun: es gibt keinen Aufzug und es geht bis in den dritten Stock (auf Anfrage kriegt man aber bestimmt ein Zimmer in den unteren Etagen).

Very nice room located right in old town Rovinj, comfortable and clean. Very welcoming couple met me on arrival and helped me to the room. Easy to communicate with them through their Whatsapp number for anything needed. They were among the nicest hotel people I have ever met and added to an already good experience.
Building is located steps from many good restaurants and just around the corner from the sea. About a ten minute walk from the bus station. Would certainly like to stay here again when I return to Rovinj.

The hotel is perfectly located and is in a quiet dead end small street. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, ok sized bathroom, very clean, good wifi, and breakfast was good. We did have to walk up to the third floor but they carried our luggage up for us. To be in the middle of everthing and yet have such a nice quiet room was unbelievable.

Lovely rooms, newly renovated, decorated in a fresh country style. SUPER clean, every spot of the room, stairs, entry is immaculate. Air condition unit in room came in handy during heat wave. Comfy bed with good mattress. Large shower. Location is super, just a few steps from the water, just after the famous Balbi Arch. Close to everything. 5 minute walk to parking area. Proprietors are very helpful. Our room was smaller than it looks in the picture, but still fine. Stairs may be steep for some guests.

Sehr hübsches altes Haus, in das die Zimmer mit viel Liebe und Geschmack ausgebaut wurden. Die Zimmer sind extrem romantische kleine Stuben mit Holz-Fensterflügeln, Küchenzeile, sehr bequemem Bett - und alles, ohne kitschig zu wirken. Dafür ist das supernette, hilfreiche junge Paar verantwortlich, das das Haus betreibt. Wirklich toll.

Right in the middle of everything, yet, you have yr privacy (its in a small back alley). Its tiny and narrow but that's how everything is in the old town anyways. The owners rennovated the house beautifully and took good care of us. Stayed 3 nights and would return again. Enjoy yor trip!

Cute little place in the old town, but very small. There is no parking, so it’s an extra expense and breakfast is not included. First shower turned cold within 4 minutes (water heater was turned down). Beds were listed as king, but they are queen size (although seemed a bit longer). For the money charged, an extra bottle of water or juice in the fridge would have been appreciated

Less than a 2 min walk to the central square and harbour yet tucked away so it was not noisy. Whole house has been sympathetically renovated and beautifully decorated. Eleni and Marko are the most delightful hosts - so knowledgeable and full of good advice when needed ! We felt like honoured guests in their home - which indeed we were. As the house is in a pedestrian area, Eleni and Marko arranged to meet us nearby, transported our luggage and introduced us to the historic centre. What a welcome to a truly beautiful town.
