So good, helpful, but they are busy, they are restaurant staff, you need to wait.

在古城區的旅館，地點很棒 接待人員Anna很親切，跟我們清楚解說附近旅遊景點和生活機能，讓我們感覺很溫暖。 飯店重新裝修，清潔又乾淨 我們住的房間很安靜，可能是寒冬淡季沒什麼觀光客。

在老城里的酒店，就在主街旁。楼下都是餐厅，去景点很方便。特别是对与我们喜欢在下午稍微休息一下的人来说很方便。可以吃完饭回房间睡上一小觉。价格不算太便宜。

位於舊城區中心，購物、吃飯都很方便，旅館接待人員很親切，但櫃台非24小時有人，旅館會寄信詢問抵達時間。樓下就是旅館經營的餐廳，用餐可打9折，東西好吃不貴，服務生也很熱情。缺點是沒有電梯，需扛行李上下樓，我們訂的兩間房，一間門很難開，一間的熱水瓶打不開蓋子，奮力打開後發現都是水垢......除此之外住宿期間還蠻開心的。

距離古城門口很近，房間很大，晚上很安靜，沒有電梯有點小遺憾，整體CP值很高。

Nice hotel

The room was very clean, the location is amazing, right at the spot! You don’t have to go up and down the stairs of the city! Right across from the building entrance there’s the owner’s restaurant. The food is very good, the atmosphere as well, service is ok, not bad! We had dinner there twice! The negative thing about the room was, small room, the bad smell coming from the bathroom, that was a huge turn off, we had the first floor so we could not open the windows because it is the street, people passing by and the smell of food being cooked from the restaurants nearby did not allow us to. Overall, because of the convenience of the location I’d stay there again but, never on the first floor.

The area was too loud to be able to sleep in. I had no running hot water on two different occasions (and no, I didn't turn off the boiler switch). Finally, I felt rushed and a lack of attention during my check-in, a transaction vs. a welcoming stay.

Everything is in reachable location. No problem. To get your room keys you will need to go opposite the restaurant entrance door to ask one of the staff for it.

Very nice room. Only negative is that our room was on the 4th floor with no elevators

La propiedad excelente ubicacion dentro la zona turistica de old town, personal muy amable, te hacen 20% descuento restaurante Tezoro, lo unico no hizieron limpieza, si no te importa, todo excelente

La habitacion un poco deteriorada, no ha venido hacer limpieza, sin embargo si eso no te preocupa, rooms tezoro esta super bien ubicada, dentro del old town, todo a pie sin problemas,

The folks at Tesoro Restorant were absolutely marvelous. The food was great and we got checked in and out easy. Great place to stay in the Old City

Place was great, staff was amazing. Only complaint is that their hot water runs out fast. You have to shower with freezing cold water.

Tout étant hors de prix à Dubrovnik, pour le prix, j' ai trouvé le service minimum, mais il y a l essentiel. Situé en RDC. Le restaurant dont l hôtel dépend n est pas si mal, et nous avions 20% sur chaque note.

We like our room it was comfortable and adequate for our needs. It was clean. And it was in the middle of old town. We love Dubrovnik. And location of this bnb

This is an excellent location just inside the old city, the room was large and the beds are comfortable. Tezero also has a restaurant and when you stay with them they give you a 20% discount at the restaurant and it's a good restaurant. We highly recommend Tezero room.
