We stay in this property for 6 days It was one of my best holidays . Petar and his father Mario kept property in excellent condition. You can have everything you need during vacation , include hygiene products and medications. Fully equipped kitchen , lovely terrace and sea view . Adriatic Sea by your door step Petar help us to explore some parts of the country and also visit beautiful towns of Herzegovina. It was our first holiday in Dubrovnik. And I will really recommend accommodation Sea of Eden for people who want to visit Croatia.

Everything was fine, beautiful place right on the water, if you looking for a quiet place this is it !! Peter was excellent host , if you interested ask for privet trips.

Keskitason majoitusta Dubrovnikin lähellä. Vaikka majoitus on lähellä, niin yleiset kulkuyhteydet ovat huonot. Huoneessa hieman kunnostamisen varaa esim. patja tulisi uusia. Ystävällinen perhe, joka hoitaa paikkaa ja asiakaitaan parhaansa mukaan. Auringossa kylpevä terassi ja 10 m päässä oleva ranta krunaa paikan.

Location wasnright on the Adriatic sea. Room was too small and did not have any windows. Host, Niko, did not speak much English but made us feel very much at home.

Ferienwohnung liegt sehr gut um Dubrovnik und Umgebung schnell und ohne Stau zu erkunden, trotzdem ruhige Lage mit eigener Sonnentrasse direkt am Wasser. Die Gastgeber gegen sich alle Mühe um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestallten. Unterkunft ist sauber, gepflegt und Klimagerät ist auch vorhanden.

Petar was a great host and gave us warm welcome - property is right on the Adriatic coast with private beach, balcony with all modern day comforts. Beautiful well maintained garden. Wow experience ... free parking and nice restaurants in few mins drive. Conveniently located within 10 mins drive to old city center ... we used Uber and local taxi to avoid parking word!

This is the best holiday we have been on and we enjoyed it so much we are going back next year. Petar is amazing and really made our trip fantastic. He is so friendly and goes above and beyond to give you the best time. We visited all the best places near Dubrovnik and further afield and he even took us into Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina. The apartment has the most fabulous views and you can swim off of the private sunbathing area right outside. It is away from the city and the crowds but there are several buses, reasonable taxi prices and Petar will collect you if he can.

We had a wonderful stay - 9 nights. The host was was very caring and sorted out all our expeditions etc. Very relaxing holiday. One restaurant nearby. There is a bus which comes about once an hour. We had hired a car as it is a little remote.

The suit was in excellent location,very quit location. The suit was very nice,fully equipped with every thing you need even umbrella. From the room you can start fishing the view is amazing specially the sunset. The Owner Petar is a great man ,he is very helpful, he explain and advice every thing,he is like a guid line.

Det perfekte sted for avslapping, sol og bading. Et flott utgangspunkt for utflukter nordover langs kysten, og i fjellområdene. Verten Petar er i særklasse hjelpsom og imøtekommende, han har massevis av forslag både til utflukter og til spisesteder.

다시 가보고 싶은곳....

We had a 2 week stay in August 2016 and it was idyllic. Petar makes a great host and likes to spend time with you acting as a holiday rep advising you on places to go, things to do, nice restaurants and generally helping you to get the best out of your stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable with the AC and the bed provided the best sleeps we have had for ages. There is a private shaded terrace in front of the apartment that has a table, chairs and sun longers with a hose provided to rinse off after swimming. Next to it are steps down to the sea, about 12 only. Once there, another terrace is available with more sun loungers and a few more steps gives you the sea with a ladder for access. Great swimming and caught lots of small fish. The water is very clear and quite calm, like a lake on most days. Nearby of course is Dubrovnik but can get heaving in the afternoon as it is a destination for the massive cruise ships that sail by the apartment with no adverse affect at all. You will not be disappointed by Petar and his apartment.

The location is very good if you want a peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle of the town/city. We found the local bus suitable for our needs but if you want flexible mobility you need a car or taxis, the parking is good. Nice bar/restaurant few minutes walk away. Facilities are basic and simple but very clean. The terrace is superb if you just want to sit and enjoy the wonderful view. The most impressive thing about this holiday is the owner and his family. Nothing is too much trouble for them, polite, friendly and helpful does not really cover it because they really will do anything they can to help and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Would not hesitate to return.
