It is a nice hotel all round, it is not exactly conveniently located but still within walking distance from the old town. But like a lot of similar hotels here, you need to ask for the kettle if you need one.

Property was close to major sights and restaurants in Split, but in a quiet neighborhood away from all the tourist traffic. Staff was helpful on breakfast with an early departure before the regular serving time.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly. Room and lobby areas very clean and spacious. It had a safe and a mini fridge. Also had a balcony and it was in quiet area The bathroom was a very nice size and very clean. Breakfast had a nice variety and they kept replenishing it. 10-15 min safe walk into the old town, and about 15-20 to the ferries. It was great to have private parking (additional fee) and not have to worry about it. Several restaurants in the immediate area if you don’t want to go into the old town. We would definitely stay here again!

Quarto super iluminado, limpo e cama confortável. Café da manhã muito bom! Cerca de 15 min a pé do Palácio de Diocleciano, super fácil de acessar. Grande vantagem de ter estacionamento no hotel.

Lovely little spot! Clean, large room and bathroom. 20 minute walk to the city centre so it's a great location away from the crowds but close enough to see everything downtown.

It was a real treat to stay at this apartment. 12 minute walk from the Diocletian Palace. Quiet. Spacious enough for 3 adults. Very clean. Amazing bathroom. Fridge in the room. Bottled water provided.Towels replaced and beds made daily. A full hot and cold breakfast was greatly appreciated. Air conditioning controlled in the room. The staff was very helpful.The only issue was the sofa bed, placed under the air conditioner and more suitable for a child than an adult.

Great place, within walking distance of old town (10 mins) Small boutique hotel, clean rooms, aircon worked perfectly, great staff and good breakfast. Would recommend for short trip to Split.

Så otroligt fint litet hotell, trevlig personal, fint rum och bekväm säng med lagom mjuk kudde. Frukosten hade det mesta man kan önska sig och fylldes på var efter. Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet och rummet högst upp som har dubbla terrasser med bubbelpool.

Lovely stay. Very welcoming and fresh. Nice breakfast, tidy and spacious rooms. Also kind and service minded staff. The only minus was the repetitive music during the breakfast. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend it.

Our time in Seven Sea has been excellent! The room was super clean and modern, very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is just a short walk away from the old town and the port, amazing location to experience everything Split has to offer. The breakfast every morning was also delicious, with eggs, bacon, milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, etc. Really an amazing experience highly recommend!

Seven Seas Residence is truly a gem. The staff looked after us so well and were delighted to accommodate our every request, from more hangers through to early check in and late check out. The hot tub room is just brilliant and a real treat. Breakfast was wonderful. Almost everything was perfect, the only room for improvement would be to either add tea + coffee facilities to room or keep the coffee machine downstairs switched on in the afternoon, and perhaps add an extra bin in the room as the sole bathroom bin was a bit small. But those are tiny niggles, it was very good.

Der Whirlpool und die Aussicht waren traumhaft! Nettes Personal, alles fußläufig erreichbar, sauber, gutes Frühstück. Es hat uns sehr gefallen:)

Good sized room and nice personel.

Super god og nem indtjekning. Til at starte med et godt indtryk med store værelser. Der var kloaklugt på badeværelset. Personalet bad os luft ud. Men så snart vinduet blev lukket kom det hurtigt tilbage igen. Vi fortalte dette til personalet der forsøgte at fikse det første gang. Anden gang sagde de at der ingen lugt var og intet var galt men at vi skulle have vinduet åbent. Vi spurgte efter et andet værelse dette var ikke muligt. Flere dage senere da det igen lugtede foreslog de et andet værelse, men fortalte os at det var det samme på alle værelser. Der tilbydes morgenmad på hotellet. Der er røræg, bacon, lidt forskellige cornflakes og musli. Juice og kaffe samt brød og pålæg. Meget småt og ikke værd hvis man skal betale ekstra for det. Personalet er gode til at fylde op når der manglede noget.

Very comfortable room and convenient for access to the city centre. Helpful staff with great English and happy to make suggestions for where to go around the city.

Très propre et soigné, nous avons même eu l'opportunité de déposer nos bagages un peu plus tôt que prévu grâce au Monsieur qui tenait la réception. Un grand merci à lui pour sa bienveillance et ses conseils pour visiter Split et ses environs ! L'endroit est proche du centre ville et calme, nous recommandons !

Very nice place to stay. It is in a residence area. Walkable to Old Town and Bacvice Beach.
