L accueil est très chaleureux le petit dej copieux et frais la chambre propre et fonctionnelle seul bemol les escaliers en colimaçon hyper etroit impossible d y monter une grosse valise . Sinon je recommande ce logement très bien situé

Valentina, présente tous les matins afin de subvenir aux envies de chacun pour le petit déjeuné… elle est pleine d attention et s efforce de parler avec toutes et tous malgré la barrière de la langue. Elle a vivement participé à la beauté de notre séjour

Ein sehr kleines Hotel aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine Städtetour braucht. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet und hatte alles, was man so braucht.. Nicht empfehlenswert ist das Hotel für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkung, da die Zimmer nur über eine schmale, steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen sind. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Riva.

Top hotel. Top locatie, rustig en in het oude centrum. Ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Valentina super vriendelijke host met veel tips. Voor herhaling vatbaar

Calling it a dream is an understatement! This hotel, nestled in old town, is a gem. The lady who works in the morning is the sweetest and so friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay. Host communicated prior to arrival with check in information and help with directions to the property. Quick and easy check in process. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served and was great with a variety of foods including fresh cooked omelets. All staff was kind and helpful. Very close to lots of places to eat and activities.

Über Expedia mit Frühstück gebucht, gab es aber nicht, da es nur im Sommer angeboten wird. Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt, ich war 4 Nächte dort, obwohl täglich jemand vom Personal in der Unterkunft war. Ich persönlich habe aber niemanden gesehen. Die enge, steile Raumspartreppe in die oberen Etagen ist der reinste Horror, kaum Licht, kein Haltegriff, einfach nur gefährlich. Koffer, Reisetaschen bekommt man kaum nach oben getragen. Im Bad keine Aufhängung für die Handtücher. Es wird keine Gepäckaufbewahrung angeboten, obwohl es angegeben ist. Zimmer und Bad sind modern eingerichtet. Betten sind bequem.

Die Unterkunft wurde über Expedia mit Frühstück angeboten und gebucht. Ein Frühstück wird zu meiner Überraschung aber nur im Sommer angeboten. Frühstück bezahlt, aber nicht erhalten. Eine Regelung über den Vermieter konnte nicht erzielt werden. Die Treppe war extrem steil und sehr gefährlich, da eine Begrenzung im obersten Stock fehlt. Leider war der Aufstieg nicht bzw kaum beleuchtet. Wir mussten die Handytaschenlampe bemühen um die Treppe zu erklimmen. Im Badezimmer wurden sämtliche Halterungen vergessen. Keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen und das Toilettenpapier musste in einer Schublade versteckt gesucht werden. Personal war zu keiner Zeit zugegebezu sehen. toullwerden.werdeden

Everything was good, but the stairs to the room was very narrow.

Mysigt och fräscht litet B&B med trevlig personal som ligger väldigt centralt. Trång spiraltrappa som det är besvärligt att få upp en större resväska för.

Very helpful and friendly landlady. Great location. Clean and modern room and bathroom. A bit small and narrow if you are 100kg in weight. Average breakfast.

Really close to centre less than 5 mins to the Riva. Lovely modern property, clean. Breakfast was OK and to be expected for such a small hotel. Continental with no hot options. However lots of places nearby if you wanted something like this. To improve would recommend adding a safe to the room. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Centralt och mysigt i en liten gränd. 5 rum varav de flesta via en liten och brant trappa. Hårda sängar. Rent och fräscht, bra uppdateringar via mobilen. Vi är nöjda med våra tre nätter :)

Small hotel with only 5 rooms. Good location in Split. Was a little difficult to find in the start with all the small streets, but we eventually learned the way. Reseptionist came and got us down the street for check in which was nice. They took our towels on day 2 and replaced them with tiny ones we couldnt wrap around ourselves. Stair case to the rooms is small narrow, and hard to walk on. Breakfast was good but very repetitive and no warm food available. (Offered an egg sometimes). Reseptionist was very friendly and helpful! However they couldnt store our suitcase after checkout for us to go get lunch before our flight :(
