The apartment is located centrally and easy to find. The people were helpful and left us a cell phone in case we have any questions during our stay as they do not have a formal reception. The room was spacious and everything was great. It took like 5mins walk to either the bus station and the old town.

Property in a wonderful spot, easy to walk to the harbour .towels could be replaced and shower very small. Easy to communicate with owner/agent

We stayed three nights at Split Oasis apartment. We got a room 3. The property is in a very convenient location, withing a walking distance from bus and train stations. About 10 minute walk from both. Also Riva street and the Diolectian palace are right next door as well as Bacvice beach. The bed was very good and there is a sofa bed which is also good to sleep. Remember to ask extra bed sheets if you intend to use it. They have them but were not readily available in the room. Generally our stay was very pleasant. Only thing preventing me to give more stars was that inside this room which was right under the roof the air conditioning was not powerful enough during 30 celsius outside weather to keep the room cold enough. The large water boiler in closet was also contributing with its large heat load and poorly insulated door.

Apartment was clean and nice. Location was good but a bit hard to find. Parking wasn't available near by but in a suitable walking distance.

Very close to old town split. Upon checking in we were given a map with local hot spots and restaurant recommendations that proved to be very helpful. Checkout was easy and we plan on suggesting Split Oasis to any of our friends that plan on visiting Split

Great accomodation. Apartment had plenty of space and was comfortable. Small kitchette which had everything we needed to cook a meal one of the nights. Great location and walking distance to everything you want to see and do in Split old town.

Fräsch modern studio för 2. Fantastiskt bemötande och Mate som checkade in oss hade massor med bra tips om restauranger, stränder och utflykter. Vi använde oss av flera av hans tips och blev mycket nöjda. Boendet ligger perfekt på en lugn bakgata. Nära till sandstränder och på gångavstånd till gamla stan. Snyggt och fräscht litet kök och badrum. Lite hårda sängar men rekommenderas varmt.

Great location less than 10-minute walk to the Palace, Green Market, and bus station, five minutes to Tommy market. Mate and Andrea were easy to communicate with and very cordial. Mate met us the apartment and showed us the area with a map of helpful shops and resources.

It was my 1st time in Croatia. Upon arrival, we were met by Andrea, who I assume is one of the property managers. She was very informative and helpful in helping us settle in. Overall, her communication with us was beyond helpful. She was available for almost any question and responded respectfully and promptly to our questions; she also went beyond herself and shared information on where we could get COVID tests for our return flights apart from our request. The apartment itself fit our needs. Freezing A/C was nice. Reasonably sized bed, small dining area and bathroom gave us all we needed. There were very minor hiccups, such as towels appearing to have light stains, as well as the bedsheets, but nothing Andrea didn’t solve immediately. The kitchen refrigerator was small but it provided enough storage for basic items like milk, eggs, butter. Cabinet space was adequate but not many dishes to use, therefore, you’ll be washing dishes frequently to use them for meals. Again, not a big deal but just something we noticed after being there a few hours. Plenty of places to eat in the area, tons of things to do especially if you go towards the palace. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d do it all over again without hesitation.

A great apartment just a short walk from Diocletian's Palace and Bavice Beach. The apartment had everything I needed (fridge, cooker, storage) and was very clean and well-presented (and quiet!). The area the apartment is in is very quiet and safe. Andrea was super helpful, not just in terms of the property but in checking I was ok to get to/from the airport and in suggesting things to do in and around Split. I'd definitely stay here again!

This apartment was great and the communications from the young lady who was waiting for us at the apartment was terrific. My only complaint is the difficulty in finding the premises. Had it not been for a neighbour we happened upon, we might still be wandering around. The google map offered as an aid was of no value. If you have phone service and access to data/wifi you will succeed.

The stairs were a bit awkward with big cases to carry. Nicely located for sightseeing. Overall a pleasant stay.
