The location of the hotel was amazing — close to everything and easy to walk around. The staff was friendly when we did interact with them, but there was never anyone at the front desk. If you need assistance or if something happens at the property, you have to text or WhatsApp a number, and the response can take a while. The room itself was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine, nothing special but functional. Overall, it’s a good stay if you value location and don’t mind limited on-site service.

This place is right off the pedestrian mall in the middle of Old Town. Perfect location. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

over-priced for such a small room and it would be okay if I could sleep, but they provide earplugs for the noise that does not stop before 3am even on weeknights, if you close the window it is suffocating, you choose. you have to text manager if don’t want to be interrupted in your room by cleaning, there was mold in shower.. website said they provided transfer to airport, but they do not, they “arrange” transport for $55Euro. no breakfast. wifi intermittent. and I am not normally picky but I did not enjoy my stay here.

Loved our stay here! This is a prime location in the old town if that’s what you’re looking for. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff is also very accommodating. Be aware you are on the main avenue of old town and it was quite loud late into the night-there are also a couple of very busy bars right next door. The villa does provide ear plugs, but honestly, we were so tired we didn’t need them lol! Would absolutely stay here again.

We had 4 floors to walk up, carrying heavy luggage all the way. No lift. 😕 The bathroom was super inconvenient - low slanted beams everywhere. My husband and I each hit our heads and we’re not tall people. There was no shower - just a deep bath w/a handheld and no handles to get in and out of tub. Not very safe.

We had an amazing stay at Villa 5db. It’s a prime location in the old town. Our room overlooked the main street in the old town. It was a modern style room that was spacious, with a huge bathroom and closet and immaculately clean. There were tons of dining options in and around the villa. We were in walking distance of all the major areas one should visit in the old town. Paula and her team were the best hosts. I asked her for recommendations for a hair salon so I could get a blow out. She not only recommended a place but she called and got me an appointment. Paula even helped to arrange a pick-up and drop-off to and from the airport. I would highly recommend you book the villa for your stay in Dubrovnik.

Located at the very heart of the old town in a renovated antoque building. Cannot be reached by car, but hotel personnel ( Josip) will help with the luggage. No lift, but Josip will help also here. Walking distance from any old town monument and restaurant. Lots of atmosphere and very cosy. A very interesting experience overall.

This hotel was perfect! Josip was an incredible help when we had any questions and would definitely book this place again. It is centrally located and perfect for walking around the old town to explore

Really enjoyed the comfort and layout of the space. Wonderful interior and great design. I had a wonderful stay. The noise from the bar was not an issue at night and the location to the town was exceptional. I will be back with my family.

Hotel muy agradable el cual está ubicado en un lugar privilegiado: el centro histórico de Dubrovnik. Aunque los coches no pueden entrar dentro de las murallas, se llega en 5 minutos andado desde la puerta este de la ciudad. Aunque no dispone de recepción 24 horas, tendrás contacto constante con el equipo quien se asegura que estés cómodo en todo momento. Es un hotel muy recomendable para poder conocer Dubrovnik. Lo único que hay que hacer notar es que no tiene ascensor y todas las habitaciones están en los pisos superiores. La habitación (que cada una es diferente ya que está en un edificio antiguo reformado recientemente) es muy moderna, muy cómoda y tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Cuenta con baño privado con ducha.

Taxi driver drops you outside city gate. You hVe to walk a tiny bit to the main plaza. Call the contact number and a representative from hotel will meet you there. The ride from airport is about 25 mi s and costs around 50 euros.

Spacious and well presented room with very helpful staff. Daily housekeeping a welcome bonus keeping everything clean and tidy. Great central location, though be aware that as a result there can be noise.
