Clean room

Check-in was simple and efficient and we were quickly settled in. Rooms were very comfortable and both had air-con, which made the stop so much better. Pool and sunbeds provided were a really nice touch and made for a very relaxing 'slob' day before returning home. Balcony was well equipped with four chairs and a drying maiden for any towels. Bathroom was functional and the shower worked very well.

Great apartment with all you need (no owen though) nice to have a pool when you come back from the beach since it’s up hill all the way for about 10 min. A little bit off on location, no stores or restaurants close by. A very nice host that was welcoming us with a lot of information and also a map so we find everything. We could even borrow a sun umbrella for the beach, very appropriated!

Der Check- in ging sehr schnell und Ivana die uns schon erwartet hat war sehr nett und hat uns auch sofort auf einer Karte Tipps gegeben. Das Zimmer ist geräumig mit einem relativ großen Balkon. Das Zimmer hat eine Küche und hat eine Klimaanlage. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Das tolle die Unterkunft ist ca. 5 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Beim nachhause gehen sind es ca. 10 Minuten, weil es geht bergauf. es gibt in der nähe einen Tommy und einen Plodine. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Restaurants sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur der Fernseher ging nicht richtig, aber den braucht man sowieso nicht.

Property in newer area away from old city. Has excellent parking. Swimming pool. Friendly. Easy to get around using Uber.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped - everything for our family 5-night stay. Kitchen area was equipped with kettle, coffee maker, microwave and electric hob. Crockery and utensils also provided. Seating inside and out for 4. Bathroom with shower was spotlessly clean. Easy parking provided.

Great stay for a few days in Zadar. Location is really good for beach days and when you want to go to town the bus only take 15 min. The apartment was verry clean and modern. Hade one AC in each room. The owner is so sweet and let you feel like you are the only guest even of the hotel is full. Highly recomend!

We were bumped from a Ryanair flight early sunday morning so last minute booking. Ive been to Zadar regularly and not been to this area . Great area and our welcome from the host was just what we needed

We had an amazing time at Villa Gravic! We had late a late incoming flight and I was worried about being able to check in, but Ivana assured me from Day 1 that it would not be an issue and it wasn’t! My kids enjoyed the pool and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s only 10 minutes away from Old Town, so getting to and from places was quick and easy!

Ivana was very helpful from the moment we arrived to the morning we left. She even called to the room to say goodbye as she wouldn’t be around when we checked out. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Nicely located near the water so only a 5-10 minute walk to go for swim. If you have a car nice location to travel from also.

One of the cleanest places we ever stayed. Located in a quiet area. No parties around. The pool is open until 9 pm. Could ad smart tv's. Excellent parking. Highly recommend it for a quite family holiday.

Fint hotel. God og opmærksom vært - super👍👍 Fin pool. Rent og pænt. Gode senge og fin lejlighed. Klar anbefaling fra vores familie. En ting til forbedring: bedre wifi. Vi kunne kun gå på nettet i køkkenet og ikke på altanen og signalet var ikke stærkt.

Perfekt litet hotell med trevligt par som hjälpte till med det mesta. Nära strand, liten butik o busshållsplats som snabbt o enkelt tog oss in till gamla stan som verkligen är värt ett besök. Kan tillägga att köket va bra utrustat fanns salt o socker, kaffe filter, disk medel osv så skönt att slippa ta med eller inhandla.

Ivana was lovely she messaged me before we travelled and was always on hand for any problems or concerns. She made us feel that we really valued. The apartment and pool area were spotless and the beds really comfy. The only downside was the unsightly and at times noisy building work happening opposite the villa.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Gravic for 11 days this summer! Ivana was super helpful before we arrived and helped us with currency questions and everything else we wondered. She came and picked us up late at night with no complaints and was a super nice chat and sport. Very well informed about attractions nearby and very pleasant. The location is great, you live in quiet and calm surroundings, but it only takes about 15 min with bus to Zadar city centrum. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom with everything you need. Super plus for good pressure in the shower! Then we had a lovely combined living room and kitchen supplied with all you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Big fridge with a freezer as well. The bedroom was separate with a big and comfy bed, closet space and a lovely balcony with a wonderful view of the Adriatic sea. Both the bedroom and living room/kitchen had air conditioning which kept the rooms cool and comfortable and blinders that worked perfect. On our balcony ww had seating options and sunlight from early day till late afternoon. There is also a pool of a good size and a great pool area with sun beds and a shower that we used almost every day. We even met a cute little turtle one day! We felt very much at home at Villa Gravic, Ivana and her family made our stay perfect. They were always polite and generous and made us feel welcome. They are what made our stay extra special and we would absolutely recommend Villa Gravic!
