Wonderful value for money

Just didn't realise we have to walk uphill with suitcases.............

This is the perfect place to stay in Split. Right in the Old Town. We stayed in flat 5 with stunning views from the balcony. Our host couldn’t have done more for us. The accommodation is so clean and comfortable. Lovely touch having breakfast provided including tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, cereal and granola. Air con in the lounge. It really felt like home from home and we were made to feel so welcome. 100% would recommend and choose flat 5 for stunning views. Thank you to all at Zephyrus.

We booked a stay here and due to the steep climb to property that our friend couldn’t make due to recent surgery we had to book somewhere else. The lady that greeted us was amazing she helped us with our luggage walking with us to town square and helped us with getting an Uber! Hope to try it again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique accommodation. We were in Room 3 and it had a kitchenette with breakfast items such as cereals, milk, and coffee. The room was clean and a really good size, and the bed was huge and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the garden and it was an oasis from the heat. Marijana was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage and even sent us a message before we arrived to help us find the right place. She also kindly let us leave our luggage for a few hours after check out before our transfer. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Split and wished we could have stayed for longer.

A fantastic stay very close to the palace and other attractions. Tons of great dining options. Our host was wonderful. Great place to stay!!

This location was great. Very close to the core and palace. Plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops close by. Just a short walk from a taxi drop off point. We had a car and lucked out on parking but otherwise need to park about 10 mins walk away. Our host Marijana was great with communication and very welcoming and helpful with our check in. Our rooms were excellent, clean, and spacious. Very quiet area and rooms quiet too. Even had a few breakfast items for us in the fridge. The inner courtyard is a beautiful place to rest and enjoy a drink after touring and before dinner. A very nice hidden gem in Split. A good value and definitely recommend this place.

The rooms were spacious. We had 2 rooms and there was privacy. Lovely court yard area and quick walk into main center. Loved the location. Only downside there is no onsite parking. Mariana was more than helpful in finding a place to leave the car. Loved our stay.

Our host was so welcoming! She was very helpful with recommendations. Extra touches like beach towels, sun screen and breakfast were unexpected and lovely surprises. The AC in the room worked really well. Super convenient location for walkability. We just had to walk 2 minutes to take an Uber. We highly recommend this property!

Really, really cute studio apartment. I wanted to move in. The skylights were wonderful and really enjoyed the view of the city from them. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and points of interest. Very quiet.

Marijana was very helpful and provided the location of a nearby parking lot. If you book a room here, request to NOT be in the upper room. My husband is over 6 feet tall and could not stand up straight except in the middle area. Also I am 5' 2" and couldn't stand up straight at the bathroom sink and hit my head after using the toilet. There is no light above the mirror so putting on makeup is tricky. And it is over 60 steps to the top room - do not take heavy luggage. On the plus side, the apartment was convenient to access the old palace and city center.

Our host was great. She would check in with us regularly and made herself available for any needs. She also left complimentary snacks which was convenient. The apartment was spacious and had an amazing view of the town and sea. I would highly recommend !

Marijana made us feel very welcome. She allowed us to leave our bags after checkout as we had a late flight, which gave us an extra day walking around Split. The property is very close to the centre but in a quiet spot having its own garden to sit in. The room is spacious and clean. It had all that we needed during our stay. Highly recommend it. The room was very nice and the location is perfect.and you even get complimentary coffee,tea and cereal. But the what makes this a must book is Maijana. Super nice lady who gives her all to make you happy, also able to chat via WhatsApp whenever i have questions. The lady needs a payrise

The bed was comfortable, staff great and the property’s amenities and courtyard made us feel at home.
