Stay was overall pleasant. The staff is definitely nice to guests. They open the doors for you, when you get back to your hotel from a car, they will open the car door for you… I felt secure the whole time.
The room inside was not too bad at all. The standard room is large, the decor was nice, and nice amenities inside like coffee maker, small fridge, and water replenished every day.
The restaurant was pretty nice as well. I enjoyed having lunch there or dinner. The food was not excellant but it was definitely good. Only issue one occasion they served me lukewarm food.
Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at Capitol Hotel.

Bel hotel mais batiment mal concu (il faut faire le tour complet du batiment pour aller de sa chambre au restaurant). Probleme pour le locataire du 3e etage, une salle de reception se trouve au 4e et il faut subir une violente sono, musique a fond, entrecoupee de pietinements compilsifs de la foule reunie, qui vous empechent de dormir jusqu'à 3h du matin... Et quand le le demain vous en faites la remarque a la reception, l’employée vous regarde en silence sans un mot de compassion

I stayed at this hotel for at least 5 times over the year and I will keep going there anytime I am in Abidjan.
The staff is nice , the place is clean and quiet , rooms are spacious.
I would definitely recommend.

Personnel d'une incompétence rare...
Second et dernier sejour dans cet hotel, j'indique que le frigo et la bouilloire de la chambre ne fonctionnent pas... et personne ne fait rien.
Je commande un simple plat au restaurant, il met 1h à arriver, le nettoyage des sols est fait à l eau sale, je vous passe l etat de mes pieds apres avoir marché sur ce sol "propre".
Cerise sur le gateau, je demande une facture normalisé (obligatoire en cote d'ivoire) on me la refuse, et après avoir menacé de ne pas payer, la facture met 1 heure à arriver...
Merci tout de même à la charmante personne compétente qui gère le bar le soir.
Je passe 1 semaine par mois à abidjan, je ne retournerai plus dans cet hôtel.
