Bonjour Nous n’avons pas été satisfaits de vos’processures concernant la réservation . nous avons réservé avec possibilité de modification jusqu’à la veille. Or vous avez prélevé les sous plusieurs jours avant.et nous ne pouvons plus modifier. Nous avez moins de jours de prévus, mais impossible de récupérer la différence de prix. Déjeuner pas à la hauteur pour un prix faramineux ! Petit déjeuner sans véritable choix!

Decent property.

I stayed there because my usual hotels were all taken during the Africa Cup of Nations. This place was overpriced given the rooms and the overall experience, but given the context I can forgive that. However, the Wifi is not very good in the rooms. There was an access point just 5m away from my room but it still regularly stopped working, making even basic video or audio calls difficult at times. The food was a big disappointment in terms of quality, esp. for the very high price asked, and I ended up going to the multiple kabob places nearby almost every night. The lunch buffet was decent though. Service varied significantly. I had a good experience overall but my colleague didn't, so a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms are pretty loud, I could hear people talking in the hallway and in the rooms next door really well. Overall, it's OK but the quality/price ratio just isn't there IMO.

La courtoisie, le respect et la disponibilité du personnel m 'ont marqué sans oublier la propreté des lieux mais j' insiste le personnel est magnifique surtout les réceptionnistes.

The one thing that the hotel didn’t have was a computer room. I was not able to find a workable computer since I was not able to access my computer due to restrictions. Other than that all was great and will give them a 4 out of 5

Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel

The hotel is brand new, the furnishings are modern, the rooms are clean and smart looking. The restaurants are very nice, I enjoyed eating on the terrace. The fitness center is excellent, with both cardio (treadmill, bike) and weights. The staff are all very friendly. Its well situated as well. I will definitely return for my next business trip.

The hotel is very nice and staff are all amazing. The room is clean, bed is very confortable, you will sleep well. Some of the room are small but overall this is a great hotel

I love the walking distance to everything. Special thanks to Alexandria front desk and Christian the bar tender . The ladies from room service and manager Hussein . I will be back insh Allah
