Clean room

It was a quiet period and as it was a big anniversary we got upgraded to pool view. Breakfast fabulous, but spacing of tables meant it was quite a trek back and forth to buffet. Trays would have helped. No showers near pools 2 & 3 and nothing at the beach side garden. Coast is rocky - not sure we appreciated that from hotel info & therefore had to access.

Excellent service from all staff, amazing hotel and food. Only one slight issue with back doors which faced sea were not flush. Highly recommend

Love love love this hotel. Highly recommend it. It’s absolutely central to the gorgeous Paphos harbor, shopping, great restaurants, cafes and bars, plus all the essentials like pharmacies and grocery stores. And yet the hotel is shielded from any noise. The hotel is beautifully classic in design, feels modern yet retro, with a relaxed pool area and lush gardens to enjoy. Great buffet breakfast with options for everyone and the customer service at the hotel is excellent. They even packed us a lunch for a day trip. Thank you to the team there! Can’t wait to go back.

This is not a 5 stars property. Not sure how this hotel got its star rating. Room had a smell of mold When we informed the receptionist, we were advised to move to their sister property (Almyra) the hotel charged us double the cost of what we originally paid to move to their sister property. Total scam.

Absolutely stunning stay! They made our stay feel incredible from impeccable room service to great dinning options, all around a perfect hotel for your holidays!

Beautiful hotel , great location and wonderful service

Très beau Resort avec de belles piscines. Service excellent avec notamment une option Kosher au petit déjeuner. Parfait pour un séjour en famille

A fabulous fourth stay at the Annabelle - everything to a very high standard, with lovely facilities, excellent food (especially at the Mediterraneo restaurant) and the location so close to the crystal waters of the little local beach and the harbour makes it a great location. The 'lagoon' pool has always been a favourite spot for a lunchtime beer (on and off over 30 years!) and will hopefully continue to be so in the future.

Lovely hotel

Amazing stay! Great pools, facilities and customer service was wonderful. Right next to the beach and good location.

Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.

We loved everything about this hotel! Fantastic family connected rooms (family of x4 with young children), lovely heated pools inside and out, the best breakfast we ever had in Cyprus and beyond. Lovely approachable staff that will accomodate every aspect you could ever wish for. Yes its more exoensive than alot of the competition but it is definitively worth it and certainly worthy of its x5 star status. If we ever return to Pafos, then we will stay here!

Relaxed after using the gym

It's such a lovely hotel with wonderful staff, restaurant options and facilities. Just brilliant for the kids with the heated pool - they have had the best holiday and made fantastic memories. We have had a proper rest. Love it!
