This hotel is very good for a 3 star. The location and parking (own on site parking) are excellent. The breakfast is very good and you can eat outside or inside. Staff are friendly. Otherwise it’s what you would expect for 3 star - dated decor, scratchy towels, old bed (don’t want to look at the mattress). But kept clean and kind throughout. (Although they had missed emptying out bathroom bin and someone’s apple was left in the fridge.)

The main trouble, as other reviewers has observed, is that the interior needs major upgrading. The carpet is literally fraying in places Decor feels very dated. I make the following suggestions. Kettle with coffee/tea in the rooms. Duvet in the rooms. Breakfast is good but would enjoy some proper Cyprus bread. Advantage is the price and the fact that it is a short walk to major sights and to the bus station

Hotel advertises both a bar and restaurant. While both are there, the bar was never open. The restaurant was, but only for a standard buffet breakfast. Rooms are quite basic, not overly quite, but clean and well serviced.

Excellent location with easy walk everywhere. Above ground parking next door. Excellent breakfast with huge choice. Excellent staff. First stay but will be back.

In der Nähe vom Busbahnhof, fußläufig zur Fußgängerzone. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Gutes Frühstück 👍

It’s a three star hotel, so don’t be expecting something fancy, but it was clean, the stuff is really nice, they have a free-car park under the sun, it’s walkable to Ledra Street, and the price e85 is fair

A very helpful front desk person who facilitated a taxi for me to travel to Northern Cyprus. Good breakfast a pleasant hardworking lady chef!

Good stay new old town

Nice base for a couple of days. Close to Green Zone, a main attraction of Nicosia. Clean room, strong wifi, handy parking for motorists. Recommended.
