The condition of the rooms was very poor. We had requested a room on a higher floor, but the message from Expedia never reached the hotel. When we arrived late at night, the lady at reception on the night shift was quite rude. She didn’t even want to look at the confirmation on my phone and immediately told us our room was on the ground floor and that we would have to speak to reception in the morning. The next day we did, and our request was granted, we were moved to a room on the 2nd floor. However, the condition of the rooms was still very bad. Cleaning was not done properly, and I saw the cleaning staff throwing bed sheets on the ground in the backyard to sort them for cleaning. Unfortunately, I came home with a severe breakout on my face that required two chemical peels to treat which cost me the same amount we paid for one week accommodation at this hotel…I do not recommend this hotel. The photos they advertise do not reflect reality. The conditions are poor, and during our last four nights we had an invasion of ants, even on the bed. The place is simply not clean.

Die Rezeption ist super zuvorkommend und sehr Kundenfreundlich. Wir hatten anfangs Schwierigkeiten mit dem alten Zimmer, da das Zimmer nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach. Die Tür war durchgebrochen und mit Tesa beklebt. Daraufhin sind wir zur Rezeption und haben direkt am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer erhalten. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Poolanlage. Der Standort ist top. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. 10-15 min zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. 5 min zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt. Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Immer wieder gerne

Lovely, modern room and facilities. Really good vibe around the pool with excellent music, drinks and food . Felt very safe and well accommodated. Staff could not be more helpful and professional and assisted me when I asked for help with Tv and printing boarding cards etc . Really enjoyed my stay here and would return

Not clean, hair on the sheets

We arrived at the hotel and immediately realized it was far from being a 3.5-star family hotel. We were a group of four adults (grandparents) and a family with a baby and a toddler, staying in three rooms in total. At first, we were given a ground-floor room that reeked of sewage. When I asked to move, they initially said yes, but only after I insisted that I wouldn’t stay there did they suddenly “find” another room. By the pool, a DJ played music so loud we could barely hear the receptionist at check-in. With such noise, it was impossible for a 1.5-year-old to nap in the room. The rooms themselves were filthy and unsafe: feces left in the toilet, spiders in the bed, broken glass on the floor, and dirty sheets. Proper cleaning would have prevented all of this. I strongly do not recommend this hotel for families—or for anyone who values cleanliness and a basic standard of quality.

I love staying at this hotel the staff are amazing 👏 the hotel is clean, location is spot on. I always feel welcomed when staying here ❤️

The reception staff, bar staff and breakfast staff were all absolutely amazing, very helpful, friendly, accommodating and the food at the bar was delicious. Breakfast was also very good with enough options and variations.

It’s was perfect

Excellent location but room a bit small- especially for three.

We booked the Comfort Room for a two-night stay. While we were aware there was no balcony, the room itself was much smaller than expected. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. Both towels provided were dirty, and we found strands of hair on the pillowcases and bedding upon arrival. Most concerning, we also discovered a cockroach in the room. These issues significantly impacted our experience.

Great location walking distance to bar clubs and restaurants.

Always my favourite place to stay in Napa clean modern and staff are amazing the food is fantastic there is also an option to make your own food there is a kettle toaster microwave and fridge in the room it great to have the option the club sandwich is a must to try they have an amazing poolside vibe with dj Leo and me singing when I stay haha thanks guys see you next year ☺️

Eine schöne Unterkunft, wenn man etwas abseits der grossen Hotel‘s sein möchte.

Staff was excellent the man that took care of the breakfast bar was magnificent he was very helpful staff overall very helpful but it’s just one issue I had with one of the staff about outsides food being consumed in the hotel as it was only allowed to be consumed in your room we brought two drinks from outside in our hands and just sat by the pool to drink and talk and we were rudely told we cannot consume any outside drinks by a blonde lady it was the tone of her delivery that was off didn’t even consider the fact that we drinking them outside prior before entering the hotel or the pool area we tried to explain but she rudely said no and didn’t even decid to hear or listen to us but apart from that hotel was nice hot tub was immaculate after a long day of exploring and the pool was perfect temperature breakfast buffet was crazyyyyyyyyyyyyy enough food to feed a small army hundred percent will go again if the breakfast bar guy is there he’s was so helpful I didn’t want to leave

This hotel is GREAT 3nd year i have stayed here, pool gets sun all day, service is good and the dtaff are so friendly and helpful, walking distance from harbour and strip will defo stay again

Great service. Great staff. Great location.

My fiance and I had a very enjoyable stay at Cosmo. The staff were exceptional! Especially Despina and the other lady that worked the same shift (sorry I have forgotten her name). They were super friendly, chatty, always asking how our day was, suggesting places to go. Honestly we could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A truly wonderful stay and amazing staff!!!! So thank you to them for making our holiday even more beautiful!!!
