No complaints—an excellent hotel with a great breakfast, spotless and comfortable rooms, plus the convenience of bedside outlets for phone charging. The location makes for an easy walk to the waterfront. Definitely recommended.

The property is good as a base the staff is very helpful and the rooms are very clean

When I arrived I was offered an upgraded room, which was fantastic. All rooms come with a free bottle of wine. My room had a balcony and chairs outside. The tea/coffee station could have been better and well stocked.

Reasonable hotel walkable distance to transport, promenade and some sites. Large room, good wardrobe space, large bathroom with over the bath shower. Pleasant helpful staff. Decent breakfast.

Nice hotel very close to the city center.

After an overnight delay to our EasyJet flight home, we made a very late booking to this hotel. The reception staff were excellent and the room very comfortable. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 5 nights and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The bed and pillows were lovely to sleep in. The breakfast was delicious. It is a great location to walk around the city and to the beach. Good options for restaurants in the area.

Exactly as advertised. Very walkable and staff friendly.

My room was not clean. The cleaner had left items in the room along with old items from the previous occupants.

Excellent service

Room was comfortable & nice bed, clean. Breakfast wasn’t good - I didn’t eat as it looked awful. Furniture around pool is all broken. Staff are nice. A small bit of investment would make a Big difference

Amazing hotel very affordable and close to the airport. Service was questionable but that’s generally a thing in Cyprus. Overall would recommend!

Noisy room in like a back service corridor, woke up at 4am with refuse collection then at 7 am with banging and staff working on a moped

The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were two things which we didn't quite like. 1. We had reserved a room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids. The room had a main bed and a sofa bed. The main bed was nice and comfortable, but the sofa bed not so much. The mattress on the sofa bed was a spring mattress, but there was not much cushioning above the springs, so lying down you could feel all the springs. I was able to sleep on it all right, but it was not the most pleasant experience. 2. We were there to spend time at the Finikoudes beach. The hotel was a nice, quick 7-8 minute walk from the beach, as expected, but the walk itself was not the most pleasant as there was lots of construction or garbage bins along the street to the beach.

It was a clean hotel with lovely, helpful staff. The continental breakfast was great with plenty of options for fussy kids. The only downside would be the pool area, it was a very small pool that was poorly looked after, was dirty looking with a very strong chlorine that burns your eyes. There was also a broken step to get out of the pool that cut my wifes foot. Overall the stay was good, there was plenty of dining areas nearby and the beach was only a 5-10 minute walk.

The Pool looks dirty & was unkept poor condition and there's no bar service at the pool despite being popular with guests? Just needs more care and attention

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a 3 inch roach in the bathroom sink. Never received a wash cloth. Had to ask for towels. The shower curtain was black on the bottom. It was very gross. Housekeeping was terrible. Parking was really bad. You never know if there will be parking or not. This place was so bad we checked out 3 days early. Lost money and had to pay more for another place but this hotel was so bad I had to get out. Tried complaining and nobody cared.

Convenient location - very close to the marina and central bus station. A grocery store is downstairs- it’s great! Only suggestion: as they still use bathtubs perhaps they could consider adding an additional safety handle on the wall while exiting the bathtub. This is especially important for the older crowd.
