Die Lage ist top, das Personal ist freundlich. Allerdings hatten wir Schimmel im Bad. Sie haben zwar jemanden geschickt, um den Schimmel zu entfernen, es war aber so viel, dass es trotzdem noch nach Schimmel gerochen hat. Wenn das Fenster zu war und die Klima aus war, war der Geruch wirklich schlimm.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig. Ausreichend Liegen am Pool vorhanden, wir haben allerdings Auflagen vermisst.

AC was stinky. Terrible breakfast. 2€ per night for the safe. 6€ for loosing a plastic key. Room was not clean. Will not go back even for free.

Nice size apartment and clean

Was not told where to check in. No reception point to check in had to go to another hotel for then to phone the person to get me to check in. Wasn’t aware how checkout worked as I had no contact to owner so had to leave key in property. Electrocuted my self on the plug sockets which didn’t charge my phone with either an a adapter or a UK plug. Poor condition of hotel and absolutely poor communication. Won’t be staying here again

Apartment was lovely perfect for our stay in Ayia Napa. Very close to the main nightlife and restaurants but without the noise. Pool area was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and even let us check in early as our room was ready. Would highly recommend & I would stay again.

Effort made to start updating this apartment but very old eclectic wooden bedroom furniture looked out of place, despite the look the single beds were at least comfortable. Bathroom lacked a shower pole and curtain which meant the floor was flooded twice per day. Air con in the bedroom was great, but unfortunately the kids in the living room were very hot with just a ceilling fan for comfort. Location was good and it was quieter than expected. Annex appts has many rooms and is not just the 13 listed on this site. Had one round of drinks at the poolside bar, was over charged (according to the drinks menu), stating that the prices had gone up, having refused to pay extra, she was incredibly rude and needs to learn some manners, customer service and how to make a Brandy Sour (a regular Cyprus drink). Overpriced basic accommodation.

This is the worst apartment we ever stayed at. The photos are very confusing and show the renovated sections and rooms of the property. The room was half renovated and half very old, filthy, dirty sheets, ants in the room and black water running from the sink. Very disappointing and unacceptable for Cyprus standards! They should be ashame to rent out such rooms to people and especially to the rip off price they ask.

Near the center, but price is not reasonable, no room photos, because they chip, old and dirty.i left hotel in one hour after checking in. Description is not correct, no double beds.

Comfortable apartment. Walking distance from bars and from the beach
