The directions to our apartment and parking were very good with clear instructions for the gate into the car park and keys for the apartment. The apartment was well enough equipped for our stay and we enjoyed the location. It was very handy for bars and restaurants.

Die Suite ist direkt in Zentrum. Alles ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wer zum Nissi Beach will, nimmt dann aber lieber ein Taxi oder den Bus für 1.50€
Alle 2 Tage wird die Suite gründlich gereinigt, zuvor wird ein Telefon gegeben zwischen 10-12 Uhr morgens. Man sollte einfach keine Tabletten rumliegen lassen, da zB meiner Freundin ihre Antibabypille, mit den letzten 2 Tabletten darin, einfach weg geschmiessen worden ist.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Waschmaschine wäscht gut, wäscht jedoch nur wenn man selbst zuhause ist (aufgrund Strom durch Schlüssel). Wenn man also nachts die Wäschen waschen will, ist zu empfehlen, dass man die Türen schliesst, da die Waschmaschine meist sehr laut ist.
Das Personal hat uns bereits Stecker für die Steckdosen gekauft, dass wir uns darum nicht kümmern müssen. Danke dafür.
Die Suites sind also sehr zu empfehlen.

The apartment is ill equipped for cooking. There was no bowls for cereal, etc. Utensils were dirty. There is a lack of furniture for the size. One small sofa bed/couch. Hard dining room chair/bench. The apartment is noisy during off season, it would extremely noisy during high season. The safe was broken. No housekeeping of any kind in the four days we stayed there.

Location is very prime.. middle of everything and in the center (10mons walk from the beach). Apartment has all amenities and clean.
At night, it’s VERY VERY noisy, we barely slept because of Karaoke from a nearby restaurant which happens EVERYDAY until 3am. We literally stayed awake because it was so loud although all doors and windows were closed. Air Conditioning in the living room wasn’t working.

A 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, a 10 minuti di taxi (10€) da Nissi Beach, sotto l'appartamento ci sono farmacia, pizzeria, kfc, subway, il supermarket a due passi e si e praticamente in mezzo alla movida, 5 minuti dalle discoteche.
Nella via è anche pieno di ristoranti tipici e negozi di qualsiasi tipo.
La pulizia e ad giorni alterni, ottima. Ci lavavano addirittura le stoviglie. Straconsigliato. Receptionist molto gentile, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni del posto e ci ha organizzato il trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto.

Die Wohnung befindet sich Mitten im Zentrum. Die Partymeile ist zu Fuss circa 5 Minuten entfernt und der Strand circa 10 Minuten.
Die Wohnung selber bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen und ist sehr sauber. Ich würde sofort wieder gehen.
Man kann sogar den Pool und das Frühstück eines gegenüberliegenden Hotel benutzen.

Everything was perfect! Really friendly staff. Perfect room. Great condition. Ayia Napa is Aiya Napa. Close to a karaoke bar, so bring ear plugs if you are going to bed early. We will definitely stay here again if we are going back.

Helt fantastisk hotell! Vi hadde egentlig tenkt å legge oss rundt midnatt for å komme tidlig til stranden, men pga bar rett ved som bråkte veldig ble ikke dette mulig. Men det gjorde ingenting siden det var helt fantastisk med egen aircondition på soverom, eget i stua og stor veranda. Veldig bra service og hyggelig betjening. Ikke noe å utsette på hotellet. Tommel opp!

though the apartment was beautiful and we had a big balcony with sunbed the noise from the street was awful both day and night. also if apartments where empty people seemed to be able to walk in and book them for a few days in our case the noisiest bunch of men who obviously weren't used to closing doors quietly and used to run up and down the corridor shouting to their friends in the next apartment.

The hotel is 3-5 min to the nightlife center. The appartement was clean and comfortable.
We were a group of 5 and I would recommend it to a group of friends.
The appartement was fully furnished and spacious. The hotel in general was clean, not in excellent condition but in fine and acceptable condition. Concerning the staffs, they are helpful but not available 24 h per day.
In general it was a good experience and I recommend it to anyone searching for comfortable accomodation in a good location.
