The property is 8 rooms around a charming garden. However, the property is NOT in Limassol. It is in a suburb. Hotels sorts them in the city but when you book and see the address, it is not. They denied this, but their welcome notes had bus directions to Limassol so they know they are not in the city. I also asked for two beds as I am traveling with a person I don't usually sleep with. The owners claim that the web site did not pass that information to them. However, their comment that "all the rooms with sofa beds were occupied" makes it clear that they don't have two-bed rooms.

Lovely Stay, easy parking and good AC. Would highly recommend to stop by if you can.

All I can what a great host help me out with a SIM problem and so friendly I would give ten stars really a great place to stay

Ein sehr schöner Innenhof mit einem gepflegten Garten. Die Unterkunft ist aus hochwertigen Materialien gebaut.

Nous avons adoré le logement. Le petit jardin était super reposant et beau tout comme le logement. Il y a de quoi se garer dans une rue à quelques mètres donc tout était super. Le seul point négatif va pour la literie. Le lit était dur alors après une journée de marche intensive, mon dos n'a pas supporté la literie. Après ce n'est que mon avis personnel et évidemment que les matelas fermes peuvent convenir à d'autres. Dans l'ensemble je recommande fortement ce superbe lieu.

Excellent property in Limassol with great communication and clean and comfortable accommodation.

This was a great place. Traditional house, beautiful location. I did have a car so everything was easy to get to. It's not right off the beach but with cabs and busses one is due to be able to get around. Next time I'm staying in Limassol I'm staying at Nikki's House again. And the owners are very nice wonderful people that enjoy taking care of the property and guests. A lot of heart goes into this place and it shows.

Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, sie war mit die Beste auf unserer Gesamtzypernrundreise. Die Gastgeber hinterlegten den Schlüssel und im Apartment fand sich eine Liste mit Tips für die Umgebung, z.B. Parken 2min entfernt direkt vorm Supermarkt. Alles war sauber, der Garten eine kleine Idylle! Wirklich toll!

Very nice little place

We stayed for 2 nights and cannot fault the high standard of this very comfortable apartment which was spotlessly clean , very well equipped and an excellent location to explore Limassol area.

Helpful and welcoming people and a lovely house. Felt like we were in someones home, such a charming athmosphere! And the garden was so nice and warm. The bed was hard, but we had 2 big nice pillows and 2 duvets so we slept well anyways.

Super clean, well renovated while keeping the historic look and design. the owners are very friendly and give good advise for things to do/see in the area. its not for the luxury experience seekers, but if you want to sleep with a unique place that has real character you should definitely try this place.

Beautiful place in an old neighborhood. Big rooms, easy communication, good choice of stores and restaurants nearby plus easy access to all the Limassol sites and roads to everywhere else. And a great bargain, too.
