早餐可以，游泳池和沙灘不錯。但是房間太舊了

This was our second visit and I have to say that stuff the old stuff that I remember from the trip two years ago is extremely nice but the new staff specially at the restaurant they they are mean sometimes they don’t know the menu at least this is how I felt

Great hotel

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, aber zu klein, um als Resort bezeichnet zu werden. Die Ausstattung ist neu. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und respektiert die Gäste. Die Qualität der Cocktails hing stark vom jeweiligen Barkeeper ab – manche waren gut, andere eher schlecht. Das Essen war durchschnittlich – weder besonders gut noch schlecht. Der Strand war in Ordnung. An manchen Tagen war das Wasser überraschend kalt, obwohl es Ende August bzw. Anfang September war. Am Wochenende war der Strand sehr voll – viele der Besucher waren keine Hotelgäste. Sie belegten zahlreiche Liegeplätze, sodass es teilweise schwierig war, einen Platz zu finden.

Thoroughly enjoyed a 10 day stay at this resort. Lovely staff lovely food. We preferred the beach to the pool but both are lovely. Clean spacious rooms. Drink service a little on the slow side potentially just need a few more staff but other than that it was brilliant.

St Raphael’s was rather rundown when we went. Unfortunately for the price point we were expecting a nicer stay. It wasn’t helped when we checked in and they gave us a smaller room than the one we booked. When we queried there wasn’t really an explanation given and the gentleman at the front desk was quite rude. Definitely not a five star experience overall

Great facilities, friendly staff, good location. My kids enjoyed outdoor pools and easy access to lovely beach. Will return.

Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, great childcare facilities and team.

Sink in the room was blocked aircon did not work properly otherwise a nice hotel

The best hotel on the island. We would like to say a massive thank you to all the lovely staff who made our visit so memorable. Everyone made my family feel welcome and they always went above and beyond. The bedrooms were very spacious and clean, food was very nice and the bar was lovely. Really good value for money and didn't want to leave. 10/10

Its position, accessibility to beach and range of eating facilities. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Accommodation very good and comfortable.

Great fornfamily with kids. 2 minute walk tona great beach. Staff and service is excellent.

The resort is magnificent and very clean The beach is near by and it is a sand beach with no rocks in the water The food was not that good. The buffet in the evening was cold and it affected its taste. The Golden Monkey Thaï restaurant was excellent

Mare molto bello, spiaggia rumorosa e con odore di gas di scarico a causa delle attrazioni a motore, letto king size molto bello e comodo, non si può dire altrettanto delle brande da campeggio (letto a castello) toccate ai miei figli. Pulizia un po’ scarsa. Al momento della prenotazione non è stato possibile comprendere la tipologia della stanza e ho prenotato una vista carico/scarico. Cucina buona Personale accogliente

Wow! 10/10 By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly, great with children. Never have we felt so welcomed and looked after. From the moment we checked in we knew this was going to be a fantastic holiday. Room was lovely and clean, had everything you could ask for. Some of the best food we have had in an all inclusive. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent. Can't wait to visit again and will reccomended to family and friends. A big thank you to all the hotel staff that made our holiday perfect.
