The room was fine, very basic. We stayed for one night so it was OK. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a very noisy party in the evening that ended after midnight, it was very annoying. Breakfast was nice and diverse

Rooms basic but comfortable and clean .location was brilliant we went in late October take a jumper cardigan for night time as it does get cold but they do put on a log fire and makes it really cosy they even supplies us with blankets loved it Food is really tasty we booked a massage and Jacuzzi and it was 10 out of 10. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 nuits avant notre arrivé nous recevons un message à 12H pour nous prévenir que l'hôtel est en travaux donc trop tard pour annuler quand nous sommes arrivé le réceptionniste n'était pas très aimable il avait l'air surpris vu le prix que nous avons payé 132€ il nous a donc changer de chambre et nous a mis dans une chambre triste vetuste avec une odeur très forte d'un solvant qui n'a rien à voir avec les belles photos que l'on nous fait croire sur le site. En ce qui concerne le sauna il n'y avait plu de place pour le week-end il fallait réserver à l'avance mais aucune explication sur le descriptif en plus il n'est ouvert que 3 jours au lieu de tout les jours. Le seul point positif est le petit déjeuner qui est copieux, du coup il nous on proposé une autre chambre le lendemain mais vu notre mécontentement nous avons préférer partir une nuit plutôt.

Eşim ile bir gece konakladık. Oda temiz, büyük, güzel manzarası olan konumda ve yatak çok rahattı. Asansör yenileme çalışmaları devam etmekte. Koridor halılarının da yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Personel ilgili ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Genel olarak tavsiye ederiz.

The rooms are old and not very comfortable. The location is excellent, near the most interesting trails. The food is average. The price is a bit too high for the quality of service, considering it's a hotel with few amenities. The breakfast is good and varied. Staff very good and kind.

Only one night, friendly & helpful staff. They helped work out bus routes. Since extremely limited bus times of service. Especially on weekends, almost non existent. Nice room even though seems to be older buildings? No air conditioning, WiFi was intermittent. Good amenities & sufficient. Meals were excellent, some costs higher than average. Small bathroom & old tub with shower. Mainly a hiking & winter skiing area. Not much else to do other escape city summer heat. I got 8:40 am van bus to Trimiklini @ a supermarket then bus 60 to Limassol. But I took a taxi from Kakopetria to Troodos because no Sunday buses.

Hotel is very old and needs to be renovated however some rooms are ok and others totally unlivable. The issue is in Cyprus there are places where there is no other option or just one other option and Troodos Mountain has only two places to stay really so you have to bite the bullet if you want to stay here.

Very old basic hotel. The location is amazing. Unfortunately the hotel needs urgent renovation.

Bathroom clean bedroom had great views over the mountains Room overall clean carpet had stains which could be removed to make it better Food we had half board everything was cold breakfast & dinner The second day spoke to reception the let us eat in the restaurant at no extra charge so was able to enjoy hot food which was very good Thank you

Hotel au calme en ce mois de septembre. Très belle vue sur les montagnes depuis notre fenêtre. Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Perfect place for hiking and outdoor lovers. Spacious room with clean bath. All what you need before/ after a hike was nearby - small grocery shop, nice restaurant, coffee shop and bar to enjoy local food. Nice and helpful staff, especially the lovely Slovak lady at the reception. Coming back next year (or even this autumn), will also recommend the hotel to my hiking friends.
