Hotel is convenient, room is clean and price is reasonable

good location and reception is really helpful and nice,also room is quite nice.

飯店附近不熱鬧，距離地鐵給電車站都有一段距離，飯店門口沒有招牌，拖著行李來回繞很多次，飯店服務人員態度差，而且感覺上有歧視，明明是我先到櫃台問事情，但是對方先服務其他白人，讓我等，等到我時又接電話讓我繼續等，我後來抱怨他為什麼讓我一直等，他再說聽不懂我在說什麼，說自己英文不好

連續四晚居住， 只有最後一晚， 更換被袋， 枕袋， 而床單一路都無更換，執房較馬虎。但保安和員工態度十分之佳，早餐尚可。

Me cambiaron mi tarjeta de acceso y me quedé afuera de mi habitación unas horas hasta que logré comunicarme al número de emergencias para que me dieran una tarjeta nueva.

Clean and very cosy room. Abour 15-20 mins from the centre/train station Tv, kettle and frudge all included.

All of the above were great and it was easy and convenient to locate.

I stayed for 8 days with my daughter. This was affordable. The front desk personnel were wonderfully helpful not only for the hotel but for moving around the city itself. The staff were fluent in several languages. They were proud of their city and its easy ways to move around it.The room was beautiful and spotless. Stairs coming into and out of the building were steep. With luggage and at age 71, it would have been difficult if it were not for the helpful guests that assisted me. My only complaint was that the clear glass shower with mirror faced the bed offering "no cover." Not a pretty sight.

Pure White was a great hotel to stay in. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with signposting us to various parts to see in the city. Hotel itself is a walk out of the city centre and that meant it was very quiet at night which was great. I would definitely stay here again

We were not impressed with Pure White. It's on a somewhat seedy street and the reception closes at 8, which makes it difficult to deal with problems when they arise. In our room neither the air conditioning nor the fridge were working. We arrived close to closing time and the staff at reception tried their best to help but couldn't do anything and so we spent a hot, uncomfortable night and the food we had purchased for our travel went bad and we had to throw everything out.
