Nice place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

All in all our stay was good. I was disappointed in the check in. We came in on an international flight and a lot of hotels let you check in early. They told us that being an airport property they let people have late checkouts, so they cater to people on that end but not earlier check ins. Being tired and sitting around for 3-4 hours was not fun.

A bit surprising that no usb ports in the room

Super convenient location. Metro station right outside the hotel. Family room was very roomy and the kids loved our stay

Great hotel, pretty, clean and most importantly location location location! Breakfast buffet is fabulous, very conscious of allergies incl. gluten. Would definitely stay here again, super easy access to metro and CPH

Great airport hotel. Connected directly with the terminal.

A wonderful hotel, the best "at the airport" hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff, particularly in the restaurant and bar were friendly and so helpful!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Room

Very easy to find from the airport, and very easy check-in and check out. The breakfast was also commendable! They have a luggage room as well for patrons wanting to drop off bags.

Light by the bed was unplugged, with nowhere to plug in. Tv unplugged and didn’t work when I plugged it in. Beds and chairs on the halls made it look like they were renovating but didn’t care if guests saw it.

Great hotel

Th convenience and the comfort in the room were excellent. I loved it and got work done and was able to rest feeling very at ease. It was an easy walk from the airport too. Its connected to the airport, so it feels like you have not even left. This was wonderful. The overall feel of the hotel was excellent, warm and inviting. I loved the room, and there was ample space to relax, work and rest. The beds were also very comfortable. The only issue I had, which was unfortunate, was with the bathroom. Visually, it looked nice and modern, but when you looked closer, there were issues. The bathtub had sticky non-slip tape on the bottom, making it undesirable to take a bath in it. The shower and faucets all had scale on them. Also unfortunate. Overall, the room was excellent, comfortable, and upscale, but the bathroom was outdated. I would stay again for the convenience. It was very nice.
