房間小，被很小，浴室間格不好，洗澡時會弄濕大部分地方，check in 時員工態度不佳。

One thing I like it a lot is they have this recycle bag for clothing that travellers do not need. Self check in was not working is a downside Can not adjust temperature is not really for customers who comes from Asia and tend to need warmer temperatures in the room Within easy walking distance to terminals.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the hotel design was nice, including some great little working spaces and common areas. All of the staff I interacted with were lovely and polite. I needed to break up a long trip into two legs and this was the perfect place to spend a night between two flights - incredibly convenient from the airport, comfortable, affordable. Definitiely would come back.

Easy walk through the covered walkway from the airport and very close to Metro line at the airport location which makes going into Copenhagen very convenient. We really appreciate the signage from the airport, it's very easy to find the hotel!

This is a great hotel. Walkable to the airport and metro. Very clean, comfortable bed, very convenient.

This is a great place to stay if you have very low expectations and just need a place to sleep that is close to the airport. Nothing about the hotel is impressive - the service of the staff is disappointing and with every question we asked, we were treated like we were bothering them. The room was tiny, uncomfortably designed, and didn’t have even basic necessities. The luggage storage was alarmingly unsecured and we ended up carrying a lot more with us all day because they seemed to be letting anyone who asked into the storage room and it had zero method of labeling or tracking who was dropping off or picking up which items. Breakfast was basic but fine, except both coffee machines being broken (honestly one of the only reasons we wanted breakfast). Overall it was convenient for our purposes but if I needed to pay $240 for one night, I hope to get a little more than the bare minimum.

Det var kun en enkelt overnatning, inden vi skulle flyve dagen efter. Det var et fint hotel, dog skal personalet være mere opmærksomme på toiletterne på deres egen etage, de var godt nok ulækre. Og min kæreste måtte gøre opmærksom på at de alle sammen trængte til en omgang. Men ellers super nemt og fint med check in/out via selvbetjeningsmaskinerne, det gik pænt hurtigt.

L’hôtel est dans l’aéroport ce qui était notre principal critère ayant un vol très tôt le matin. La chambre famille XL est très grande et nous a permis de séjourner à 4 sans problème.
