very convenient location just 8-10mins walk from central station. Its good for female solo traveller as the hotel have two door passage before you can go into your room which feel safe and seldome see other hotels have this function!

Overall a no-frills hotel. TV was not working and got fixed. Aircon was noisy and cannot be fixed and limited temperature control i.e. not cool enough for a hot day. Location was perfect and staff was generally nice.

I don’t know hotel offers room make up on every 4 days interval. I will not book this room if I know this arrangement during reservation.

A great stay in an ideal location which is close to the main central station and in walking distance to a great choice of restaurants and eateries. The majority of the staff were lovely except for one moody one. The rest was extremely lovely and accommodating and couldn’t enough for you. Thank you :)

Nous sejournons régulièrement dans cet hôtel. Tres bon accueil. Nous n'avons jamais eu de problème à résoudre, donc, nous ne pouvons approfondir.

A solid hotel for visiting Copenhagen. Wonderful location, great staff, better than average breakfast

In generale bene. Anche se per le pulizie delle camere è indicato che avviene il quarto giorno di permanenza oppure al check-out se dura meno il soggiorno, la richiesta di cambio asciugamani deve essere richiesto alla reception. Per la pulizia, sarebbe utile lasciare in ogni camera (o ad ogni piano) dei prodotti di sanificazione / igiene per chi volesse in autonomia pulire in particolare il bagno, soprattutto se presenti più persone per ogni camera e l'utilizzo che se ne fa. Attendere 4 giorni sono un po' troppi, soprattutto per chi è abituato (a casa propria) a fare le pulizie giornalmente.

Goog option of hotel, but no daily room clean service.

Good: Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Bad: a) Very noisy. My room was located next to the lift which makes a machine noise everytime it goes up and down. Another annoying machine noise came in somewhere unknown, all the time even at night. The hotel is close to the Copenhagen Central station (~10min walk), and a lot of guests / families came in and out with talking - even at midnight and early morning. In addition, the hotel is faced on a major street, and some motor-bikes generated unnecessarily big sound especially on weekend. Very uncomfortable with all these noises, couldn't sleep well. b) The room is 1) light-cleaned every 4 nights, 2) full-cleaned once a week. If you stay for several days, you will need to be with a full of trashes and to keep using the same towels and bed sheets until the next cleaning is done. The hotel noted that this cleaning cycle is for green environment, but it sounds like telling that you have to "be patient" for it. c) WiFi is available, but no security. Make sure that you have your own VPN, otherwise dangerous to connect. d) There was a temperature control, but not sure if it was working or not. The control is simply a plus-minus dial, no switch, no temperature display.

Den ekstra seng var ikke passende til en 5 årig. Han faldt ud og der var ikke mulighed for at flytte sengen eller lignende. Så vi sov 3 i én seng.

Our stay was good. We had 3 couples, across 3 rooms. Staff was so friendly, and welcoming. Prices were fair. My only complaint is that our room was very hot. We overlooked the dining area, so we were not able to get fresh air. the other two rooms were.
