Overall a no-frills hotel. TV was not working and got fixed. Aircon was noisy and cannot be fixed and limited temperature control i.e. not cool enough for a hot day. Location was perfect and staff was generally nice.

I don’t know hotel offers room make up on every 4 days interval. I will not book this room if I know this arrangement during reservation.

The room is clean, tidy & big. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, it takes 8-10 mins to central station and 20-30mins to main attraction. But there was no electric kettle n fridge that was inconvenient. Also it was noisy at night due to the party held on the 2nd floor. But overall it is worth to stay there!

Friendly staff, quiet, clean, safe, great breakfast.

God beliggenhed. Morgenmad standard. Den sædvanlige pulverrøræg. Kun roomservice hver fjerde dag. Personalet i receptionen er flinke, og gør hvad de kan. Men vores check-in var åbenbart meget kompliceret og vi fik først det rigtige værelse i tredje forsøg. 1 værelse var optaget da vi åbnede døren. Andet værelse var ikke klargjort. Det var lidt irriterende.

location was great, close to the train station.

Money doesn’t go far in Copenhagen. It’s a very expensive city so you need to pay more in your budget for accommodation or you end up in an ordinary place. The bed was comfy but only 1 pillow, no hot water jug. Breakfast was good though. The room was not made up, nor were towels changed during our 3 day stay, to save water ( or to save labour costs) . We had to go down down down to reception to ask for towels.

Very close to Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli! The hotel itself is nicely decorated and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Also the roof lounge area was very nice.

Ok value for money

There is nothing comfortable about this cheapskate hotel! We stayed on a hot weekend and the air conditioning didn’t work. We had 2 uncomfortable, sweaty nights where we couldn’t sleep. The issue was reported and Maintenance came but we were told that it was an old building and it was to be expected! Also, the single beds were like sleeping on a washing line and housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms. Towels were covered in dirty black marks on arrival and had to be switched. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in recent times.

Great location

The staff was friendly. Their breakfast Buffett was fantastic. It is walking distance to Tivoli Gardens and other landmark.

This hotel has a very excellent location. Walking distance to the tourist info center, train station and a lot of restaurants around. There is a convenience store beside it too. The room is very basic it is a pretty good size and has a lot of outlets. It does not even have a table to put things on. No phone in the room. No safe and the room gets cleaned every 4 days so you have to go to the front desk to ask for towels or toilet paper. The staff was helpful giving me info about the train and booked a taxi for me for the return home. There is a laundry area where you can wash your clothes. A good hotel with very basic amenities.

Dont like the room

The staff were super friendly and accommodating when my mom was sick during her travels. Thank you so much for helping her! Can't beat the location, close proximity to a grocery and wonderful sandwich shop as well as Vesterbro area!

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación. En poco más de 20 minutos andando estás en Nyhavn. El desayuno está bien, variado y con opciones de gluten free. Instalaciones limpias y muy silenciosas. Por el contrario, el hotel tiene una política de no limpieza más que a la cuarta noche. Mi familia y yo estuvimos 3 noches, y aparte de no venir a limpiar o a cambiar las toallas, tampoco vinieron a quitar la basura. Cada vez más hoteles te cargan full price pero los servicios van disminuyendo (en razón de convertirse en “verdes”). Éramos tres personas y no hubo un solo día que vinieran a quitar la basura. Creo que hay unos mínimos cuando vas a un hotel. Muy mal en ese aspecto.
