The staff are all friendly and helpful Room are clean and new … location is real good … will choose their hotel next time.

Very convenient location on the waterfront. Easy and efficient check-in. Nice room though tiny.

Excellent locality next to Nyhavn and street food across the canal. Canal Bus around the corner, walking distance to Metro train station and many tourist spots. Would definitely return. Found the refrigerator an unusually tiny size.

Emplacement idéal. Excellent petit déjeuner Mais : - Chambre correcte sans plus ... à fortiori pour un 4 étoiles - Un ascenseur sur 2 en panne pendant les 4 jours de notre séjour

Very close to Nyhaven, on the water. Quiet. Staff couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful location right on the canal. We upgraded to a room with a canal view and it was well worth it. The breakfast is divine.

From great to not great… Two things about this hotel were fantastic: the location and the breakfasts. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The lobby is pleasant. The mattresses and bedding are comfy and you can choose from a wide range of pillows. The rooms are clean and bright but REALLY small. There isn’t even space for drawers so you have to live out of your suitcase, except for the things you hang-up. The bathroom is nice and clean but cramped; can’t fit two people in there at the same time. The bathtub/shower is DANGEROUSLY slippery and hard to get in and out of. And of the two elevators designed to carry 13 people each, one was out of order and we were warned not to have more than 4 people in the other. Made for slow going around breakfast time. Took the stairs!

Super hyggeligt hotel med utrolig god og venlig betjening/service. Lækker overskuelig morgenmadsbuffet. Værelserne er en anelse små, men det er nok prisen for at bo i hjertet af København :-)

Excellent location and truly great staff. Room was very nice but could use AC in the summer. We loved our stay and will certainly return next time we visit Copenhagen
