Basic hotel, convenient location between train and metro. We found the room quite noisy and smoke smell wafting in from open windows.

Great staff, used the luggage room when we arrived early, clean rooms. Super close to central station. We weren’t out late so location wasn’t an issue for us. Good access to restaurants/cafes. They had a happy hour- 2for 1 beers. Breakfast was pricey (150k) if not included. Would recommend a handrail on 4 stairs on first floor.

Fräscht och fint hotell nära allt! Bra frukost men mycket folk och lite svårt att få plats. Personalen var supertrevlig!

La ubicación es buena. Solo que la limpieza es muy mala, la camarera hizo el aseo súper mal. Para el precio (que es mucho) quizá sea mejor buscar otro lugar

Perfect place and room size for traveling solo.

The rooms had a very nice size and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated but still totally fine. I loved that I was able to open the windows, even if it was loud outside during the night (but they provide earplugs.) The breakfast was excellent! Also the stuff was very nice. The location was another big plus - convenient to the train station and in walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Copenhagen.

A hotel that focuses on practicality and convenience, with basic but very well delivered services, a decent breakfast and a hard to beat location.

It’s a great hotel with a focus on getting the job done. Unpretentious, simple and efficient. Location is great!

Positives: very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean room. Perfect location. Negatives: There were hardly any water coming out of the shower head. It was the noisiest hotel room I have ever stayed in! They provided some cheap ear plugs that did not help. The room could also do with a serious upgrade as ot was not very nice.

There is no AC in the rooms, which was shocking as an American. I was able to get a fan from the front desk, and I slept comfortably with the fan and the window open. The location is so convenient to the trains, and food. The streets were a little noisy at night, but nothing too crazy.

We had a lovely stay here for 7 nights this month. Pros: Area is very well connected by transit, very helpful and friendly staff, free coffee/tea/water, around the clock, working wifi, cute court yard for hanging out, happy hour, breakfast Cons: this area is very loud. We were on floor 1 and there were people regularly smoking, chatting, screaming, setting off fireworks, revving engines and generally being very loud on the corner outside our window between 12-4am. One night there was a 1am wedding party that arrived honking non stop and then set off fireworks at 2am. I’m not sure if this is a custom but it was very distressing when happening right outside your window so late at night. The next night a group of younger boys were screaming and throwing up near by around 3am. The area can also get a bit seedy in the evening with some interesting characters, however we never felt unsafe.

Et enkelt hotell uten lulsus, men det er rent og funksjonelt. Plasseringen er fantastisk bra, med København Centralstasjon rett ved siden av hotellet. Veldig bra for en liten helgetur til tivoli.

Hyggelige resepsjonister, men rommet var svært varmt, selv om vinduer sto oppe hele tiden. Matos og lukt fra restauranter i bakgården sivet opp på rommet, og det var svært mye støy fra søppelcontainere mm i tilknytning til disse resturantene fra tidlig morgen til sent på kveld. Gardinene var ikke lystette, så rommet var svært lyst fra soloppgang. Dette i kombinasjon med støy og varme gjorde slik at ingen sov noe spesielt mye eller komfortabelt. Badet var svært slitt og virker derfor veldig udelikat. Vi spiste ikke frokost der, så det kan jeg ikke uttale meg om. Men resepsjonistene var vennlige og hjelpsomme.

Under vistelsen var det varmt i Köpenhamn och hotellet saknar AC. Vi försökte lämna fönstret öppet men hade rum på plan 1 ut mot Istedgade och ljudnivån var hemsk.

+ Gratis resesäng med fin bäddning till litet barn + God frukost - Smutsigt på rummet och toaletten. Stora fläckar från handavtryck på dörrar och mycket smuts på heltäckningsmatta i hörn och vid sängkant. Gammalt badrum med trasigt kakel och fläckar - Skriven text på spegeln vid ankomst med mitt namn, men istället för ”Dear Josefin, welcome!” stod det ”Deer” Framställs som löjligt enligt mig - Väldigt varmt på rummet, ingen AC - Högljutt utifrån även med fönsterna stängda. Var tvungna att ha öppet hela natten pga. fruktansvärt varmt Helhetsintrycket gör att Vi inte kommer tillbaka. Vi kommer att boka ett annat hotell nästa gång.
