The room is cosy, and the breakfast is great.

Great and friendly services. Rooms are clean and with amazing designs. Location is convenient to go around the city, right next to central station and the tivoli.

This hotel was wonderful. Great location walking distance to City Hall, historic districts, and the train station. The breakfast was excellent. Room was small but clean. There was a lovely bar in the ground floor as well as a rooftop bar. Price was very reasonable. I would stay there again.

There was a hotel maintenance issue that caused us to smell intense gas fumes as soon as we walked in our room Saturday night along with many other hotel guests so we had to be moved to the hotel's sister location in Copenhagen at 3AM.

Otroligt bra läge och mysigt!

Mysigt hotell, bra läge, hjälpsam personal. Allt var bra, synd bara att air condition började läcka/inte klarade att stå på under en heldag så att det blev blött i tak, vägg och golv. Dock snabb hjälp av receptionen med golvfläkt i stället

Trevlig personal, hotellet var rent och fräscht. Frukosten var superb! Fanns allt man önskar sig. Dessutom ingår en valfri rätt från á la carte-menyn.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Inside the room was perfect—clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Some of the common areas (hallways) could use a little touch up but overall the hotel is lovely. Great location for hoping on a bike and getting all over the city. Did not take advantage of the restaurant or rooftop but they were both beautiful.

Visited a year ago and the general quality has gone down. Primarily i returned for the great beds and the breakfast which both have declined during the last year. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I found a bug in the granola, they use egg powder and not real eggs (which were not good), my company got their ordered plate when i had finished even tho we were the only ones at the breakfast. When i asked about a real barrista cappuccino all i was told that they are not included in the breakfast buffet. A real decline in service and quality over the last year. Will not return again.

Great location

There were several mediocre things about this hotel. It’s tired - carpets are dirty. Staff are not attentive. My room was dark and awful with one small window. There was a fire alarm one morning and the hotel was evacuated and there was no communication from the staff. Finally, aside from being near the train station, the location felt industrial - nothing charming about it. And the room did not get cleaned 2 of the four days I was there. I do not recommend and would not stay there again.

Rommene var små, men fine. God frokost og hyggelig takterrasse. Brannalarmen gikk den ene dagen vi satt på rommet, var sikre på at lyden kom fra bilalarm ute. Gikk ut i gangen og forsto først da at brannalarmen gikk på hotellet og at de samlet folk ute. En så lav lyd hadde aldri fått oss til å reagere på en eventuell brann. Det satt en støkk i oss. Ellers hyggelige folk i resepsjon, bar og frokosten. Sentralt, nær tivoli.

Otroligt dålig service, hade noll koll på läget. Hittade inte min bokning och fick fel bagage vid utcheckning. Ingen ursäkt, ingen kompensation. Kommer aldrig mer bo där.
