Great location and service, but it's very noisy because of the area. Also, the internet is really bad — even YouTube won't load

Right at the top of Aalborgs party street, make sure that’s what you want :-) Parking is round the corner and an excellent 24hr 7/11 across the road.

The window to my room opened onto the breakfast room which is weird and there was obviously noise disruption because of that. The breakfast was very basic with to many sugary items and there were pictures on the walls that I found too obscene for a breakfast/ lounge area. On the first day I asked if I could store my luggage and was told to leave it next to the reception in an open access area. I was informed this was secure but did not feel comfortable. Only after check out when asking a different member of staff if I could store my luggage again was I informed there is a secure, locked room just around the corner from reception. This was a better. The central location and service were good.

It comes with breakfast.

I never realized hotel rooms could be this small until I arrived in Aalborg. The room was legitimately the size of a train compartment - so small that I could stand by the door and reach my leg across to touch the opposite wall. Oh well. It’s Scandinavia - high prices, for very little. The breakfast was good, but served in a bit of a cramped corner, so people were shoving me, and I was shoving them. It’s good enough for a night, but at this price, it might be better to spend a few more Kroner and give yourself some breathing room.

Wonderful breakfast and very kind staff. Some windows on the first floor face the breakfast room, better to check the view before leaving them open :) The hotel is in the middle of the nightlife area, but I heard nothing.

Had a pretty ok stay here with my boyfriend. Was plesantly surpised by the size of our room - it was much bigger than it looked like in the pictures. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but then again, I could see they did what they could with the size of the buffet. Would 100% recomend if you are going to Aalborg to party as it's located in what seems like the main party street.

We had 3 rooms and ours faced the street. It was so loud all night long, and until 6am, that sleep was not possible. It was very hot so the windows had to be open but even so, the noise came through closed windows. These rooms should not even be available for rental on Thursday through Sunday which is when staff said were the party nights. Breakfast was just adequate. Just stay somewhere else as Aalborg is nothing special.

Hotel has little or no ventilation. Rooms are hot so sleep difficult.

Great for a short sleepover (1-3 nights) rooms has no airconditioning and the windows are facing in to the breakfast area/relax area. Can be a bit hot. Beds are good and the hotel overal is in great condition. Perfect located in the middle of everything and the bar street. Short walk for shopping, restaurantes etc. Recommended!

Noisy environment at weekend nights. OTEL IS ON PUB'S STREET. Fellows drink & enjoy loife at weekends.

I was greeted and helped upon arrival, with easy and fast check in. This was ideal with my plans for that day. I was super grateful for the care and attention by all staff. I was extremely impressed with the facilities which made my stay very comfortable and sufficient.

Although quite clean and comfortable, this is a very noisy hotel. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to get some rest.

I was forewarned by the car rental guy at the Aalborg Airport that the Jomfru Ane was ideal if my intent was to drink, due to its proximity to many bars, and even a strip club! The hotel has a long flight of entrance stairs so be careful and take your multivitamins. If inebriated, don't attempt scaling those stairs. Not place for children. Breakfast area has framed sexually themed imagery. Guests do get half off parking at the nearby Q-Park (cost of 80 Kroners a day). A Mac store is nearby, as is a 7Eleven to purchase cheaper beer and a SIM card. Two stars!

it was a great central location for all the most happening area in the city. i had access to all the top bars and clubs during the week. the noise goes until 5:30 am daily. on the weekends it goes til 6:30. i knew this before going into the trip but didnt realize it was super loud. i didnt want to use ear plugs because i needed to wake up early for my work and didnt want to miss it. the staff is great, the breakfast is solid and the room is small but enough space for me and my bags. bathroom was clean but only downfall is the room didnt have air conditioning. it was quite warm but cant open the windows because its too loud and also poeple smoke and it comes to my room.

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was small but OK, located at the back of the hotel away from the road noise, but had free earplugs on the bedroom table. These were rather pointless as when the nightclub 2 floors below started playing, the bed and other furniture in the room started to vibrate to the beat, it was so loud you could tell which song they were playing. This went on until way after 3am. I book a hotel room in order to have somewhere to sleep, this hotel failed on the basic requirement

Nice Hotel but a bit noisy for my prefer. But short way to the bar Street. Really kind and helpful personal.

A fine hotel in Aalborg Denmark. I enjoyed my stay.
