Very good but no air conditioning

An excellent hotel well situated a short walk from Norreport Metro (served by direct trains from the airport). Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Luggage room available if you arrive before 3pm check-in. Free drink each day in the bar between 5pm and 6pm Most main tourist attractions within a 20 to 25 minute walk e.g. Rosenbog Castle Tivoli gardens, Christianborg Palace etc. Very safe and civilised City to visit. Great restaurants in walking distance. Hotel breakfast excellent. Highly recommended.

Excellent choice for a three day stay. Highly recommend Hotel Kong Arthur!

It was a clean establishment and we loved our anniversary there!

We were given the worst room in the hotel even though we reserved a superior room. We were on the 5th floor which doesn’t have elevator. Our room was a rooftop room with slanted roof and 4 foot clearance near the headboards of the bed so that we were constantly smacking our head on the short ceilings. Actually a very dangerous room which would never pass a building code anywhere else in the civilized world.

Lovely hotel. Great community seating areas. Perfect breakfast. Nice rooms. No AC so note that if it bothers you in the summer.

Fantastic location and very walkable to all areas of main Copenhagen. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would happily stay here again if we was to visit Copenhagen in the future.

Great location and very nice hotel

Such a quietly stylish hotel with a relaxed vibe and a warm friendly welcome. Our room was spacious, with quality bedding and lovely toiletries. Breakfast was outstanding - a wonderful range of beautifully presented food, fresh and tasty. Drinks at cosy hour were also a treat and a little bit of hygge.

This is a great hotel for all travellers. The staff were attentive and helpful! Breakfast was amazing, so much local choice. It is a sustainable hotel so be aware there is no air con. The rooms are large, but the bathrooms are small, however you don’t need to be in it that long!

少し狭くて快適さとは程遠い感じがしました。室内はとても暑く不快でした。クーラーはありません。窓を開けてと言われましたが開けても暑くて不快にかんじました。

Super hyggeligt og dejligt sted - personalet meget hjælpsom og venlige,- kan absolut anbefales.

L’hotel è bello. La nostra camera era piccola e mansardata essendo all’ultimo piano . Avevo prenotato una King superior e mi aspettavo più spazio. Il bagno piccolissimo non si riusciva a muoversi. Colazione un po’ caotica rispetto ad altri alberghi. Lo staff non sempre gentile e disponibile a dare informazioni. La ragazza al check in era molto scocciata, neanche un “benvenuto” con un sorriso. Insomma visto il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.

A quiet but convenient neighborhood, with very friendly staff.

We loved it all-our room, the location, the great breakfast, the staff. My husbands luggage was lost for our first 4 days, which was very stressful trying to find it. Two of the women staff members were extremely helpful, and I am so annoyed with myself that I have forgotten their names. The last girl we dealt with was the one who ultimately found the bag for us. I think her name was Hannah. I am so grateful for the patience of the staff, and their friendliness. If we ever get back to Copenhagen, this will be our hotel... Vicki & John, Vancouver, Canada
