Not clean at all and extremely terrible service in summer holiday period 👎👎👎👎👎

Legoland景觀很好，很方便去legoland，有直接通道過去，帶小朋友來很適合，下次還會再來住。

房间真的不大，早餐很不错。性价比不算高。服务态度满分。

酒店稍显老旧，但是各种配置、服务都很全面。尤其是特色主题房布置感觉很棒。

地點偏遠，餐飲選擇不多食品選擇太少，房價稍貴。

Supert hotell, men uten AC på veldig varm natt var det umulig for en familie på 4 på et soverom med en liten bordvifte. Sov ingenting dagen før Legoland.

A estadia foi otima, se pensarmos no encantamento das crianças, mas hotel deixa a desejar em termos de hospedagem! Limpeza ok, restaurante razoavel e caro, falta também uma piscina!

Hotellet var kul för barn, bra frukost men värmen gjorde det nästan omöjligt att sova. Som ett växthus i hela hotellet. En korridor tycktes ha AC, men den fungerade inte på rummet. Flera gäster med liknande upplevelser.

Ophold i juli måned er meget lummert på værelset. Ingen udsugning, ingen aircondition. Dog kunne man åbne et vindue, men det er ikke praktisk når man bor tæt på en lufthavn

Lego-teema tosi kiva ja huone oli ihan hyvä, ei kuitenkaan erittäin hyvä. Iso miinus oli ilmastointilaitteen puuttuminen, mutta onneksemme ei sattunut korkeita hellelukemia.

Positiivista oli ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä aamupala, paljon tekemistä lapsille ja sijainti. Hotellihuone oli hiukan kuuma, vaikka sää ei erityisen lämmin ollutkaan.

Great hotel with friendly staff. As one could imagine the kids absolutely loved this place. Everything is themed.. even the French fries are shaped like LEGO bricks! There’s LEGO sculptures all over the place and even walking through the hallways is a mini adventure. Breakfast was fine with plenty of fresh options. We also had dinner once in the hotel. It was delicious. The room felt like a fairy tale and they had two new LEGO sets waiting for my kids on top of a bucket of hundreds of more pieces for them to play. The center of Billund is only 10 minutes away walking where you can enjoy bars, more restaurants (when is time for the grown ups to relax) and the amazing LEGO House (don’t miss this place separate from the theme park). Please note, entrance to the theme park is not necessarily included. Unless you book directly from the hotel, most likely you’ll have pay extra. One complaint: This is a 2-hotel complex and parking is separate from them and not included. The Castle Hotel and Legoland Hotel are run separately and that includes the parking lot. I parked in front of the Castle Hotel and even though I mentioned this at check in they said it was ok. Well, next day I have a parking ticket on my windshield. Turns out the parking authority is not run by Legoland but a 3rd party and you can’t park at the other hotel’s spots. I talked to several attendants without any success until finally a nice girl at front desk explained it to me and canceled my parking fine.

Everything worked so well (check-in/out, services, going to Legoland, breakfast) and we, and especially our kid, really loved it! Our room was the renovated pirate room and it was perfect for our needs. A Bathtub was nice surprise! Of course there comes noise from the hallway, but it's hotel for kids so that was what we espected and it didn't bothered us. Definetely worth of visiting/staying, once in a lifetime✌

Was amazing

Razoável. Hotel com as instalacoes um pouco largadas, limpeza abaixo da media. O unico ponto alto é o acesso ao parque. O preco nao vale a pena.

Alle super freundlich, das Einzige was negativ aufgefallen ist, dass das Parken jetzt kostenpflichtig ist.
