Very good hotel close to Lego land.

會熱又沒有冷氣，大家只能開著窗和大門通風。

Very nice & clean hotel. Around 10-15 mins walk to the spots like Legoland & Lalandia. They also got several facilities for the kids like the trampoline, sand pool, games, etc. The kids loved them during their stay in hotel.

No air conditioning and it was 20-27 degrees outside and too hot inside. Only one big chair which was limiting when we where a family of four. Lacking shelf/furniture in the bathroom for toiletbags. It feels like the room we got for four people would be more suitable for two people. Breakfast was very good. Walking distance to Legoland is about 15 minutes.

Its quite close to everything yet not in the middle. Nice and cozy for a relaxed weekend

Hyvä hotelli pariksi yöksi. Kävelymatkan päässä Legolandista, Lego Housesta ja Lalandiasta. Siistit huoneet, mutta niitä ei päivittäin siivota tai vaihdeta pyyhkeitä. Puhtaita pyyhkeitä sai kyllä pyydettäessä respasta. Oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala. Hotellin ravintola oli turhan hieno, lapsiperhehotelliin, lähinnä fine dining -tasoa. Billundin keskustasta n. 1,5km päästä löytyy useita pizza tms paikkoja.

Excellent! The service was exceptional (thank you Jaysen, Stine, and team)!! The food at the No8 restaurant was fantastic. The food and service were of the highest quality. Would strongly recommend the Hotel Svanen.

Icke fungerande TV som inte blev fixad, inte tillräckligt med sängkläder på plats till alla i rummet, damm på sängram huvudändan, silverfiskar i badrummet, borde funnits ett litet kylskåp, airkondition var ett skämt en liten manuell fläkt. hotellet är ju inget budgethotell prismässigt så lite bättre standard på rummen förväntade jag mig.

Bra rum, trevlig personal och bra frukost.

Nice if isolated hotel. Billund and Legoland in a reasonable walking distance.

Clean and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Just no AC if in case you make it here around summer time.

Toppläge

Spaen virkede desværre ikke, og det var ikke muligt at regulere temperaturen ude på toilettet. Sengen kunne også godt trænge til en udskiftning, da madrassen var tydeligt indsunket og bar præg af mange års brug. Til gengæld var morgenmaden virkelig god – med et lækkert udvalg og høj kvalitet.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr zentral zum Legohouse und Legoland.

It was fine but I thought a little pricey for what you got. The bed was comfortable. Needs a but of modernisation. Breakfast had an ok selection but you had to get your own cutlery and napkins from the breakfast area which is a bit of a juggle with hungry kids. Few things had run out like spray for waffle maker and maple syrup. Few hairs in bathroom and dust under the sofa bed.
