Very nice hotel, great location and good staff. A little pricey for the room.

I didn't like that the shower is situated in a bath. For a lot of people this is not safe or comfortable. Also people who have less mobility will find it difficult to climb the stairs in front of the building or will find this hotel less suitable. The bed is perfect. So is the breakfast.

Brilliantly situated for all of the historic attractions. We walked miles. Hotel room was so comfortable, well set up and had loads of space (we had a junior suite). The use of the Executive Lounge was fantastic. Really close to all the dining options in Nyhavn too. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends

I was really excited to stay here and was breathless when I stepped into the lobby. Unfortunately I was only staying in a twin bed room and I was definitely treated that way. I was sent to the room in the very back of the hotel, having to drag my luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs because no one offered to help at check in. My view was of a dumpster in an alley, the towels had pubic hair on them, hair drier was covered in dust, there was no mattress, just a mattress pad. The shower also was very difficult to use and turn on, I had to call the front desk and it was clear they knew this was an issue. The WiFi was weak and their QR codes to their menus/room service didn’t work. They also knew this and it hadn’t been fixed. At least it was in a great, safe location.

Love the location of the hotel and the coolness of it. Would definitely stay again!!! So close to everything Only negative comment is a few hazards in the room that are a bit dangerous Pole very close to in front of the bed on one side, slanted ceilings on the other side which is hard for a tall person. Shower is very narrow on the bottom and hard to get out of without slipping.

Good hotel, perfect location

Lovely hotel in a great location for the main attractions. Very clean rooms, and quiet.

The property was very well located for sightseeing, walking to many great sites, and it was very safe with easy access to public transit and ride shares. They even had bikes (and helmets if wanted) available to go farther afield. The staff, every one in every role, was amazing and so willing to help. I highly recommend this property!

Great place walk to royal palace marble church and easy to metro

The Hotel is nice and the Breakfast was good with plenty of options. It's located just about 5 or so minutes walk from where the Warf area begins, about 10 minutes into the main Pedestrian areas. The Rooms were comfortable enough, indeed. We would Book this Hotel again.

The hotel is well located to reach all the famous place to visit. Be sure to book a room with a normal size bed (or King size) because unfortunately we booked a french size bed by mistake (one and a half ) and was not possible to change room as the hotel fully booked.
