Super good location -Close to shopping street. 3 minutes to train station. Very convenient!

前台服務員態度良好。房間空間寬敞，洗手間明亮。可以改進的地方包括水龍頭的水壓不足，且溫度有時候會浮動、房間燈光不太足等。 早餐食物味道不錯，而且款式有不少，但補充食物的速度有改善空間。

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and are enjoying your stay. Especially the overnight manager. Such a friendly, helpful kind person. Also, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and gleaming when I checked in. Extraordinary location do to its proximity to everything. Highly recommend.

Very convenient, clean, and aesthetic. The hotel is located across the street from Central station Kobenhavn H; straight from the airport you can take the train to the station and walk 2 minutes from there to the hotel. Furthermore you are in between many areas where just walking to them is very easy to get too. The hotel has a very classic and old school vibe that art enthusiasts will enjoy; The staff was wonderful and speak great English, my hotel room was cleaned everynight and none of my valuables were taken after being left out in the open. That's how much trust I have of not only the workers of this hotel but the people of Denmark! They are also very accomdating to tourists from non english speaking countries. I personally did not get to try the Library bar and the Italian restaurant but both look very good! The bathroom has high pressure flushing and the shower has effiecient heating. Don't let price deter you from booking this hotel; it's worth the money for convenience, privacy, and quality living. Shoutout to the hotel staff! Klara was a huge help for my tourism experience in the city, I will definitely be back to rebook this hotel for my next vacation period.

Pulizia scadente, colazione cara. Personale non troppo disponibile. Albergo bello, ristorante scadente. Guanciale strappato, letto e camera non puliti assolutamente bene.

Perfect location but room not renovated for at least 20 years. Peeling paint. old nylon floor covering, rubbish furniture. On a promise for renovation but no use to me. Not told in advance.

The location of the hotel is very ideal. It is close tourist attractions and public transportations. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. There is no doubt that this will be our hotel during our next visit to Copenhagen.

ロケーションは抜群です。歴史的ホテルで雰囲気も良いです。ひとつびっくりしたのはエレベーターが途中で止まってしまい数分間とはいえ閉じ込められた事です。とても怖かったです。朝食は会場も内容も素晴らしいです。

It's a very lovely and well renovated hotel with well equipped rooms. We couldn't have asked for better service at the front desk. The breakfast was really great

While sleeping at night you can feel the vibrations from the trains moving. Old hotel and smells musty. Shower cubicle was so small, I could hardly bend while showering. Elevator is old and only one in the entire hotel.

En del støj fra banegården fra tog, svært at få bord til morgenmad. De ansatte tørrede bordene af, men alle rester på bordene blev kørt ud over kanten af bordene og landede på det meget plettede gulvtæppe ( ost, brød, smør og æg) ikke særligt lækkert!
