Great stay. Breakfast was pretty good with an assortment of food. Easy walk to the downtown area. Room was clean and bathroom was spotless. Would definitely recommend

Hotel in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Conveniently located but area immediately surrounding the hotel has limited options for food, drink etc. No staff available at check in; staff ignored us entirely in the bar. Room was hot (and attempts to lower temperature with thermostat were unsuccessful) so we had to sleep with the window open, which was very noisy. Shower pressure poor. Broken TV remote. No milk provided; had to ask for additional tea bags. Small wardrobe was adequate but no drawers.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Comfortable quiet and clean room. Breakfast full on!

I believe that the hotel should have a better way to control the room temperature as it was 22 degrees and impossible to lower it down. Also the hotel should improve the shower in room 2422.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful however the one downside was that none of the rooms have air conditioning. Unfortunately we had two bad nights sleep as the room was far too hot (even in April) and there was no way of cooling it down. If the room had been air-conditioned our stay would have been perfect.

Nice hotel, pretty convenient. The casino and carpark were really noisy and disturbing on the Saturday night we stayed

Stayed two nights, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Allowed us an early checkin which was super nice! The metro is five minutes away and takes you where you want to go.

A nice hotel a short walk from the center of Copenhagen. Helpful staff.

All in all, a good hotel. A comment about check-in: we had to ask about breakfast details because the receptionist didn’t tell us. We also couldn’t find the lifts when arrived, they need some signage as there is nothing!!!

Great hotel in a great location.

My wife and I didn’t like the comfort of the mattress, although I appreciate each individuals comforts are very different. What did disappoint was the poor execution of a birthday celebration breakfast that I’d asked the hotel for upon checking in at mid afternoon. Didn’t have breakfast but it did look a very good range of choices for all. There was a connecting door that had very poor sound insulation so was sat listening to another couples drinkers conversation from 03:30hrs until they passed out at 05:00hrs. This guys lovemaking last 10 seconds thankfully!!

I loved the atmosphere and the layout of the rooms. Very well appointed, very comfortable.

Ok, staff were efficient if not pleasant

We took a family room as we had a toddler and it was very handy to have interconnecting living and sleeping spaces. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good quality. The location means you can access the city centre easily via bus or metro. The (minor) issues that we felt were worth highlighting were the lack of room service menus, lack of fridge to store water/free bottles of water (albeit there is a paid for minibar) and also some slow service we had in the main bar in the lobby. Overall though, a good stay and would use again if in Copenhagen.
