They claim they do all things for environmental reasons but it seems like the hotel is run on a skeleton staff...No phones no kettle, no safe, no bathroom amenities, daily cleaning only on request, even towels have to be requested from the front desk...sparse and bare...

Everything was great, just some roadworks across the road that dropped a star for area due to noise. But we had a lovely stay and they couldn't have done more for us.

Very easy to access to Metro . The staffs are very nice and friendly . Breakfast is very good .

Very basic hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. Weird restaurants in hotel not over weekend For me I chose it based on location.

Good rooms and excelent breadfast

Not normal Scandic standard. If you have an electric car it is not the hotel to stay at... they have only slow charger an that is okay but you are only supposed to use it for 5 hours. That means you have to go up in the night and move your car. Or if you charge it later you have to move the car before 7am. If not not they add a cost for parking 24 hours even if you move you car just minutes after 7am.

Front desk failed on basic customer service. At check in one desk staff said they could help us coordinate a parcel shipment for us but when we tried to get some help they told us they do not do that any more.

I enjoyed being in a residential area - lots of walking trails very close to hotel

The hotel overall is great. The breakfast is big and there are enough options that get well restocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. Also there is no noise coming from other rooms which is quite nice Only thing missing in the room was a mini fridge so we could cool some drinks. The hotel is a little bit on the noisy side due to between a busy road and the train tracks which means if you sleep with windows open, you might wake up due to the sounds.

Lovely stopover. Staff very helpful, breakfast was great! Nice and clean rooms.

Unit have spiders and spider webs plus other bugs

it is close to the airport and parking is convenient.

Enjoyed my stay, the staff were super helpful at all times and the facilities at the hotel were great. It is located very close to the metro which makes getting into the city easy.

The reception staff was very accomodating. They always had a smile when we had a favor or request. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant/bar and the wait staff was wonderful as well. The rooms did not have refrigerators so we were often asking for ice to keep our drinks and medicine cool and they always had a smile on their face while doing this for us. The comfort only got 4 stars because the rooms did not have AC and we really prefer a cool room, even when the weather is 75 F.

Close to a metro station but out of the way if you are not traveling by car. Lots of street noise in the room due to the location.

The hotel is fine but it is very far of everything. If you want to be close to the tourism places this is not a good option. There is a metro station close but you need to take it to go anywhere.

Was near Bella center, and good location

Good value. Close to metro.

5-10 minutes walk from the new Sluseholmen Metro, which was good. Main complaint was no food available in the evening Friday and Saturday in June 2024. There's not great options nearby either, it feels like a developing business district near newly built apartment blocks. In time I would expect more external eating options. They do have a restaurant, I thought breakfast was very good, so why offer nothing on a weekend when they clearly had scores of guests? There was a bar of sorts, not permanently manned and closed at 9pm even when the Euros were on.

The service was excellent.
