Dejligt hotel med de vigtigste faciliteter. Der kan være meget fyldt til morgenmaden, så book tid. Parkering var gratis ved registrering i receptionen.

This is a large hotel with a large car park. The main car park is often full but there is an overflow carpark a little bit further round the hotel. You must register your number plate with the hotel immediately as the private parking company that looks after the car park patrol frequently. The rooms are clean and tidy (a bit like a Travelodge) with a kettle and some tea /instant coffee. Nice clean bathroom and we had a superior double room which had a view out over the harbour rather than towards the city. It is well.located.for public transport and we chose to walk for 10 minutes to get the waterbus in to Copenhagen each day. We did get the Metro home a couple of times and this was easy and quite close to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. You do have to book a time and it finishes at about 9.30am but there is a plentiful supply and it flows well even at busy times.

I had to prebook my breakfastthe day before, because there were not enough sits for all the guests. I forgot to do itwhen I came back the first day and then I had to go down with my pijamas at 22g in the night, because they didn had phones in the roomto communicate with the reception. I also had to book in advance if I wanted someone to clean my room. And there was no welcome water or a keetle or coffee machine in the bedroom. In the bathroom there was no towel to step in after having the shower. It was very far from the standrds I am used.

Stedet var fint. Dog var der kun 1 mand på arbejde, og han forsøgte at ekspedere alle kunder. Ingen bar åben, så ingen mulighed for drikke eller mad. Jeg blev informere omkring at de er gået over til at de skal køre rent ‘buisness’, så vi manglede noget betjening. Men den ene mand der var på job, gjorde det nu godt.

Breakfast was good, and the location, reception, and dining area were also satisfactory.
However, the room was disappointing. The carpet had an unpleasant odor, and there was a broken iron and ironing board stored in the wardrobe. Additionally, the water pressure was very low, which made showering time-consuming.
Overall, I don’t think the stay was worth the money.
