Hotel was excellent. Clean and very well located. No air conditioning but the window opened on a lovely quiet courtyard. Service was amazing and umbrellas were provided for the day for free. Coffee was provided in the room. Just don’t bring lots of luggage because they won’t fit ;)

The location was awesome. Close to everything to an affordable price. I loved that you could rent bikes at the hotel. Very convenient. Will be back again. Would love to have a mini fridge on the room, but they had ice in the bar downstairs

Nice furniture and excellent windows, but poorly designed bathroom and shower. No air conditioning in summer is problematic.

The hotel location was perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great rain shower but very European with only 1/2 door, so be prepared for entire bathroom to get wet and ask for extra bath mats. They also do not provide washcloths or conditioner. Be aware that most rooms do NOT have air conditioning and that is not at all clear when booking. We got lucky and had two windows which we left open and had a cross breeze. Other friends were not so lucky with only one window and the room was stifling... Other friends were thankfully able to upgrade to the last room with A/C, otherwise, they would not have been able to stay there for two nights... Housekeeping was optional, and even though we asked at check-in to have daily clean up, we had to remind them every day or it would not have been done.

Hotel is in great location with friendly staff, perfect for Nyhaven, Paper Island and Christianshaven. Minor quibbles stopped me giving this 5* across the board. I would definitely have the hotel invest in blackout curtains or blinds.

This is a Best Western 2 star nothing special. Was clean and close to central attractions. No AC and compared to a real 4 star it was more like a little above a Super 8.

Pro: This hotel is in a good location and the staff provide great service. Con: The rooms are the least comfortable I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, the designers of the hotel seem to have prioritized aesthetics over comfort. The beds are uncomfortable (the mattress and pillows), the chairs are very uncomfortable, and other than a small closet, there is no space to store your clothes. The naming of rooms can be misinterpreted. A premium king room is very small. Also, with no AC in most rooms, there is very little air circulation which can be very uncomfortable.

This was the smallest room I’ve stayed in! Location was great and I think it’s just how it is. Room was loud from neighbour rooms and hallway.

Centralt beläget, trevlig personal god frukost. Tyvärr ingen ac på rummet.

OK for what is is but it is really a soulless B&B without any facilities except a dismal unused bar, not a four or five star hotel. Breakfast is hugely overpriced for what you get.

Fräsha rum och fantastisk personal. Dock fanns ingen ventilation på rummen så det var jättevarmt trots att vi hade fönstren öppna och en fläkt igång. Sängen var alldeles för liten för att kunna kallas queen size.

I liked that they had umbrella to borrow. The bike rental was convenient but a bit expensive. No air conditioning.

Very convenient location, 8 minutes walk from a metro station. Close (walkable) to the most landmarks. Pretty clean in general, the only concern is the size of the bathroom (it was a little bit tight) and that it didn’t have a proper ventilation.

This was a great location for a quick walk to Nyhavn on a very short stay. Lovely boutique hotel but be warned the rooms are tiny!!

Hotel is a bit older, minimal amenities in the room (no fridge or coffee machine). Clean and well located but old building means thin walls so noise is not great.
