位置不錯，可以交到很多朋友，但是很簡陋廁所的衛生紙很常用完沒補、洗手乳很難按出來、浴室沒有地方可以放換洗衣物、廚房幾乎什麼都沒有、上鋪的梯子不太穩固、很常聞到煙味、需自備床單

WE WERE NOT IMPRESSED. THERE WAS NO WI-FI IN THE ROOM WE STAYED IN. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT WE WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED IN THIS PLACE. NEED I SAY MORE... GATE KEY DID NOT WORK - WE WERE STUCK OUTSIDE UNTIL SOME ONE CAME IN.... TELEPHONE CONTACT NUMBER NEVER ANSWERED AT ANY TIME FOLLOWING MORNING WE WERE STUCK INSIDE AND COULD NOT LEAVE AS THE GATE KEY DID NOT WORK.... AFTER 30-40 MINUTES WE ASKED PASSER BY TO CHECK IN NEXT BUILDING AND FIND THE CARETAKER..... FINALLY A LADY CAME AND SAID YES SOMETIMES THERE IS GATE KEY ISSUE AND THAN SHOWED US ANOTHER GATE ON OTHER SIDE OF THE COMPOUND - WHERE THE KEY WORKED. WITH NO WIFI IN BEDROOM OUR 3 DAYS IN COPENHAGEN WERE RUINED. WE EXPECT COMPENSATION BEST REGARDS GUL KAPUR

It is cheap for a reason. It seem more like a center for the homeless or addicts, especially in terms of its staff. If this hostel is part of some rehabilitation program I think that's great, but if so they should probably be more open about that so that guests know what to expect from both facilities and its staff. If it's not, there's really no excuse for how bad this hostel is being run.

My bed was covered with bedbugs. Couldn’t sleep as the bedbugs keeps crawling out the moment I tried to sleep. I call this hotel from hell. Never been in this type of mess before. This experience ruined my holiday. Avoid them.

Very dirty. Bed bugs everywhere. No help from the "receptionist". No way to get back the prepaid money. I have not seen such disgusting accomodation all over world

Le pire hostel possible, fuyez, pour cause : des punaises de lit, de la crasse, un personnel plus que douteux qui ne parle pas anglais. Absolument n’importe qui peut rentrer dans cette auberge et elle est mal fréquentée

The had a bedbug infestation! They gave me a bed that they were still fumigating and they hadnt even finished the treatment in that dorm. When I asked why it was so hot in the room, they just said that it would cool down tomorrow. The entire hostel was very dirty, a man was smoking cigarettes directly in the room. The next day I found an adult bedbug on the bed and found out I had many bites. They literally gave me a bed that they werent finished ridding of the bed bugs and they knew it… As soon as I found the bed bug (there were multiple) i left as soon as possible. They have not answered any phone calls and the reception was mysteriously closed when I left. Multiple other people said they saw bedbugs and were being bitten FOR DAYS but they couldnt afford to switch hostels/hotels

À cause de plusieurs types d’insectes, j’étais mordu partout dans mon corps et je n’ai pas pu dormir un instant. Je suis resté assis sur une chaise avec beaucoup de gens qui ont eu le même problème. On est resté tous réveillé toute la nuit à la salle et on grattaient nos corps parce qu’on avait tous des boutons partout. Donc, j’ai demandé le remboursement total et je l’attendais toujours car les dirigeants de cet établissement veulent nous arnaquer et ils n’ont pas encore validé mon remboursement! Bref, il faut éviter cet établissement à tout prix sauf si vous voulez être mordu par tout type d’insectes!!

There was no receptionist, not receiving calls all night long. I couldn’t check in. Moreover, there were bed bugs in this property so I got bitten everywhere while I just waited for the check in and checking if there is an available bed at least(Just in case if I can contact and self-check in). So I stayed up all night dozing off at lobby. Even if I could check in, it wouldn’t be able to sleep anyways. It was a Sheer Horrendous night to get tortured. There were 5-6more people who came out to lobby at midnight and dawn due to bedbugs. There were checking their backpack and belongings to get rid of bedbugs. Shared Kitchen had cockroaches. Entrance was open all night without any security, so does the bedroom doors. So literally any strangers can walk in and rob, sleep, violate whatever in this property without any safety control. I also tried to keep contacting for the refund cuz there’s no difference basically - actually worse - to stay in the airport lobby and here except here I could get bitten by bedbugs with safety concerns. But the person in charge wasn’t responding, also I contacted Hotels.com customer service agent and their side called the property person in charge but also no response. Finally morning came, and people are complaining about this issue(bedbugs and safety), I am writing this review. I am so tired and I just can’t believe they received money for this.

MASSIVE bed bugs crawling around. Got bit all over. Owners are weirdos and lots of homeless coming and going on the property.

Jeg ved snart ikke hvor jeg skal starte og slutte. Som sagt meget beskidt. Ikke noget køleskab , ikke nogen rene klude. Generelt mangler rengøring. Ikke styr på alm logistik mht beholdere Til sengetøj og hvor de var placeret. Ikke meget sikkerhed kun den samme en hunkøn personale, trods flere mandige stamgæster, multikulturelle . Ingen Tydelig adskillelse ml M og K. Røg i gårdhavengår lige ind på værelser osv.
