地點一流

酒店位置很好、交通方便 離metro站 只有<5分鐘路程 鄰近市政廳及安徒生紀念像 酒店樓下已有24小時便利店 市政廳廣場附近亦有超市 方便購買食物或必需品 要到市內其他景點遊覽/ 商店街 亦只需要<15分鐘步行路程亦可到達 (當然要選乘metro 都可以) 房間乾淨企理，空間尚可，算是舒適。 酒店響應環保，只有住客自行預約才會有清潔服務，減少不必要的浪費。 對整體入住體驗滿意。

I annonceringen af hotellet, taler man om udsigt til Rådhuspladsen. Mit 3-døgns ophold til en pris af 6000.-kr. gav mig udsigt til en baggård. Værelset er mørk og dunkel, belysning : Sengelampe LED. Lampet ved TVét er en meget svak LED-lampe. Kablet til vandkogeren er så kort at arbejdet må foretages på gulvet

Super dejligt op og dejlige rene værelser og toilet. Kunne være dejligt hvis morgenmad kunne være med i prisen eller at den var lige knap så dyr

Ein schönes Hotel von innen, ist wohl frisch renoviert. Personal sehr freundlich. Gut gelegen um sich in der Stadt um zuschauen..

We have been informed via e-mail that if we would like to room cleaning, we should have tell a night before until 10 pm. We have requested room cleaning while we check in for next day, but nobody showed up. When we asked about it to reception they told us the staff is already gone. They offered us that they can help by thr self, and we had the towels. The thing is it is amazing to not have staff, also it is amazing that even if you hang the sign for cleaning, they don’t do if you didn’t request a day before. (Even we requested, they forgot) Alao there is a lounge if you are eligible. When we visited the lounge on 30.08, there are very rare guests. Many tables were empty, but none of tables were available to sit. All dirty dishes were in all tables and there were no staff.

Hotel was conveniently located close to many attractions and sights. It was clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Lounge er klart et trivelig sted og et viktig element når man velger The Square. Alltid hyggelig personale også.

Lækkert hotel i centrum af byen med luksus foyer og lækre værelser.

Renovation is going, noisy when I wanted to sleep in.

Quite disappointed. Although the location is great, there is a lot missing to warrant a four star category. AC in their rooms don’t work well, cleanliness a mess in breakfast room, request of two beds in room not granted. Received no upgrade or offer of such for Elite status. Property asked me to cancel my Expedia reservation and rebook with them directly with no additional perks offered (?).

Eco friendly so no room cleaning which we liked

Location is top priority and it didn’t disappoint. Walkable around all the touristy spot. Quiet even though it’s around the touristy area.

The breakfast self service could have been laid out better, access to the various serving areas was tricky because of the large no of people.

Ottimo hotel al centro di Copenaghen, vicino alla zona turistico/pedonale, a Tivoli e ai mezzi pubblici

Albergo con ottima posizione vicina a molte attrazioni e mezzi di trasporto. Colazione molto buona, stanze silenziose e confortevoli. Consigliato vivamente.

Location, Rooms, Breakfast, Staff was all perfect.
