宽广酒店

I picked this hotel for my business trip, and I have to say, the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help whenever I needed something. We were put up on the 6th floor—when you step out of your room, instead of a regular indoor hallway, you’re actually outdoor. That’s fine in nice weather, but I could see it being a real hassle if it were freezing cold or pouring rain. Thankfully, it stayed sunny the whole time, so getting around was never a problem. The room was pretty spacious. It wasn’t super modern—definitely had some signs of age—but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The bathroom, looked like it had been recently renovated though. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Copenhagen for work or just a vacation.

The room is smaller than what it looks in the photos, but other than that, everything is perfect!

The location is great, and the room is clean and comfortable.

It's called WIDE hotel but not wide at all, especially the bathroom. The sink was poorly designed with faucet extended to the center, so I kept hitting it or the water kept splashing out when I tried to brush my teeth or wash my face. Water not too strong for the shower head, rain shower ok. The only two good things are the front desk are friendly and the hair blow dryer have stronger air flow.

Hotellets beliggenhet er perfekt hvis du skal være midt i sentrum av København. Frokosten var bra og servicen var veldig bra. Rommet var stort og sengen behagelig. Badet var lite og vasken var bitteliten hvor det var vanskelig å vaske hender uten at vann sprutet over alt. Kan anbefale Hotellet, hvis du bare skal være her en til to netter.

素敵な内装で、立地も良かったです。 部屋にバスタブがありました。 スペースもとても広く、ベランダもあり、最上階にある部屋なのでコペンハーゲンの、街並みを部屋から眺めることが出来ました。

The breakfast doesn’t have as many options as other hotels we stayed. The bathroom is extremely small.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Was worried when we first arrived due to the music venue across the road. However as informed all music stopped by 9PM. I would definitely use this hotel again.

A mediocre experience at the Wide Hotel: 1) the open air music/beer garden across the street is continuous until 21:00. Hard to enjoy time in the room during the day and evening. Not whining, the music is LOUD 2) housekeeping is fair. Left soap in shower and tissue dispenser empty. 3) the listing shows an outdoor deck at the top of the building. No labeling to state the deck is only for most expensive rooms at the top. I chose this hotel with expectations of enjoying the desk

Well situated for Tivoli, train station and main shopping street with Nyhavn a little further. Staff members were friendly and mainly helpful. Breakfast was included and there was a good choice of food. The cost was DK 245, about £30 per person per day. Expensive and not worth the cost. Room was small with no drawers for clothes and a small wardrobe. Bathroom was small, very small with a minute wash basin. The shower itself was good but again the ‘shower room’ was small and narrow. Oddly, there was no security chain on the door but there was a peephole. Opposite the hotel there is a bar and music venue open April to September (according to their website). The ‘music’ can start at 5.00, or earlier, and only stops at 9.00. It is loud, very loud and whilst we were there was ‘house’ music, so no melody just a thumping drum beat. I did complain but the person I spoke to showed no empathy and suggested, in not so many words, the landowner can do what they want in Copenhagen. I will not stay here again due to the noise and small room. I do not recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, great staff, nice breakfast and the room was fantastic. The hotel made our stay really special. Would come back here in a heartbeat and would recommend people come here too.

Very comfortable bed. Very quiet room despite being right by the lift and loud music happening outside. Good shower and nice toiletries. Ideal location for someone who, like me, was travelling solo as you’re close to the main rail station, Tivoli and the main centre. The view from my room was just the back of a building so wasn’t quite sure about the bed positioning facing out but it was easily resolved by closing the curtain. Good lighting which is always lovely to have in a hotel room. I had the breakfast and there was a good range which helped set the day off to a good start. Lovely staff and very helpful.

Absolutely the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s across the street from an outdoor disco that has a driving beat going for hours every day except Sunday. The linens felt as stiff as construction paper. Never again. How is this a 4-star hotel????

The location is perfect but the hotel room is not great for what you pay for. The bathroom is sooooo small and the skin is actually impossible to use because of the size. Room could be better and beds were rubbish too
